What I ordered.

I’m very satisfied with my purchase, the lamps were exactly as advertised and it’s good quality and beautiful in person. Very fast delivery and the company send emails always updating you on where the lamps are.

I've been using these dining lights for six months, and I'm very happy with them. The quality is good, they look elegant, and they're definitely worth the price.

Very slim and rather space age. Its a lovely clean light.

Terrible customer service.

My order has been stuck for over three weeks and appears to be lost by the shipping company. Every time I contact customer service, I am told to wait longer—first 9 days, then 3 business days, and now another 48 hours.

No one is taking responsibility, and they refuse to provide a clear answer regarding a replacement or a refund. I feel like I am being constantly delayed instead of helped.

Very frustrating experience. I would not order from this company again.

I am very happy with my order. They are exactly the same as what you see in the pictures. Moreover, very happy with the parking and the delivery. It was with GLS, and they called me when they arrived.

I would not recommend Lampen24 based on my experience.

I ordered four lamps for a total value of approximately €700. At the time of purchase, all items were shown as “in stock” with an advertised delivery time of 1-3 days.

Less than 20 minutes after placing the order, I received an email informing me that the lamps were actually not in stock and that the new estimated delivery date was three weeks later. This gives the impression that the company advertises products as available even though they do not hold the stock themselves and first need to order items from the manufacturers.

I immediately contacted customer service and was told that some lamps were unavailable and that I would have to wait until the entire order was complete before anything could be shipped. I requested that the lamps that were supposedly in stock be dispatched immediately. Although customer service agreed, I had to send four additional emails and wait another two weeks before those items were finally shipped.

To make matters worse, one of the lamps arrived damaged. I then had to continue waiting for the remaining items.

Overall, the experience was stressful and frustrating. The advertised stock availability and delivery times did not reflect reality, communication required repeated follow-up, and the order was significantly delayed. Once payment is made, customers are effectively locked into a process over which they have very little control.

Based on this experience, I would not order from Lampen24 again.

UPDATE: reply to the feedback from lampen24. A 30-minute stock delay does not explain how products shown as “in stock” with a 1-3 day delivery time suddenly became unavailable less than 20 minutes after I placed and paid for my order.
Customers should be able to rely on the stock information displayed on the website. My review reflects exactly what happened: items advertised as available were not actually available, and I was only informed after payment.

Everything was ok. Shipping also was very fast.

The delivery service is later than I expected

Very long waiting time and delays. When it arrives, one of them even was damaged. It is frustating.

They have very good customer service. The products you buy usually come with a 2-year warranty. I had a kitchen lamp stop working after 22 months, and they replaced it without any difficulty.

Use this store the second time. Received all the products fast and in good condition.

I ordered the Lindby LED panel Nelios (120 x 60 cm, CCT, black metal), and the overall experience was very smooth.

Delivery was quick and straightforward, and the product arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. I didn’t need to contact customer service, which usually says everything about how well the process works.

The panel itself gives a very even and bright light, which makes it ideal for a workspace or larger room. The adjustable color temperature is a nice touch, allowing you to switch between warmer and cooler light depending on the situation.

Design-wise, it’s clean and minimal, exactly what you’d expect from a modern LED panel. It blends in nicely without drawing too much attention, while still doing its job very effectively.

A simple, functional product that does exactly what it promises.
