No the beach is a joke of a company, they don’t listen to you they aught with you on the phone or chat I’m more stressed now, I suffer from depression after the loss of my daughter

Very easy to book with and good price.

I will urge everyone to be stay away from this company,they haven't got a clue what they're doing and only causes stress.

When things goes wrong,they're not taking responsability nor accountabiliy.

Note that you cannot get in contact with any customer adviser ,all is AI

I purchase a package holiday with hotel and flights,only to find out 1 week before my holiday was due that I don't have an outbound flight,I just couldn't believed my eyes and cannot put into words the shocked I have had and how distressful was.

I have booked both flights outbound and inbound ,choose my seats and baggages,chosen a daytime flight so I could take train not a costly cab just to find out 1 week before my fight that had no outbound flight.

Had hotel booked and inbound but not outbound,so had no choice within the last minute to buy a new ticket and organise cabs and sutters ,thus spend another £500 due to their own mistake for whom On The Beach won't take any responsability.

I am taking my case to Travel Omburdsman.

No hassle booking on the site, fantastic options on where you can travel, excellent price range,super easy to book.

Ease of access. Really straight forward booking.

To book everything seemed very straight forward.. we haven't had out holiday yet. But look forward to it being a good one!!

So easy to book with App is so easy to use

This is our 2nd time booking with On The Beach and again it was excellent. We also booked our Transfer to our hotel in Malta and it was very efficient. We missed the meeting with the rep but when we text Remona to find out where our transfer bus would be picking us up she quickly responded to let us know. We will definitely be using On the Beach again and would also highly recommend.

Bed no top sheet..no pillow cases.. bathtub very high side and bathtub half size of normal tub.. so had to get into it to have a shower..glass shelves on wall in the bathtub just lying there on two chrome bars not screwed down.. so easy to hurt yourself getting in and out of the tub..my son fell in the bathtub because they did not supply a rubber bath mat..I also did not have a mat in my bathtub needless to say he hurt himself big bump on his knee.. breakfast could be better not much hot food available for breakfast..

I have previously written a review and On the Beach still fail to answer any emails or Facebook messages. Do not book with this company. Appalling service!

Had to cancel my holiday and had a minor hiccup with recieving the funds back to my account. Patrycja on live chat rectified this straight away and refunded the monies owed. Thank you very much. A company we have used several times without fault.

Great for searching and comparing holidays but canceled the holiday before I had time to complete the booking as my internet went down as I was nearing the end More time needed

On The Beach had the best price for this holiday and I have used OTB twice before now so I know it will be great

A hassle free booking and very easy to contact , have booked again for next year the cheapest around no colour coating you get what you paid for and perfect as it’s paid monthly in instalments …

I personally had a great experience, however we were met with 2 cancellations the following day once we all had booked. Our bookings were done individually and the site did have the rooms available. The rooms were and are available online now but they are at a higher price. This was disappointing and stressful for others booking.
