Came when and as expected. I ordered 2 sizes bc the color I wanted didn’t come in try before you buy. The return of the dress that didn’t fit was easy and the refund was quick. Definitely would recommend for formal wear!!

I ordered what should have been matching dickie bows, pocket squares and ties all in light blue colour for my wedding but they were all different shades and even matching product codes were different shades of light blue beside each other which was very disappointing. Surely the same fabric and colour should match!

I participated in JJ’s House Try-On at Home program and ordered several dresses to try. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with them because, in my opinion, they did not look like the dresses pictured in the advertisements or on the website.

I returned every single dress and was still charged for them.

So now I’m left with no dresses and charges to my account, and trying to get this resolved has been incredibly frustrating.

The worst part has been the customer service — virtually nonexistent. I have been unable to get proper assistance or speak with someone who can actually resolve the issue.

Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering from JJ’s House, especially through the Try-On at Home program.

Buyer beware. Zero dresses. Charges to my account. And absolutely ZERO meaningful customer service.

I had received my wedding dress and bridesmaid dress from you 12 years ago and this time I got a dress for my daughter wedding. I am so happy with my dress and the fit.

I ordered two flower girl dresses, the shoes and hair pieces from JJ'S and questioned ordering because of mixed reviews and such a price difference ( cheaper) but I am happily pleased! These are for my daughter's upcoming wedding . The dresses for the girls are beautiful, a great quality in fabric and stitching as is the rest of everything I ordered. It was quick shipping and up to date communication but I will now order my mother of the bride dress and shoes from them as well. I can't express how nice this purchase was and how much it saved money wise

They are thieves.

If you cancel the order even before they are shipped and it’s is being “processed” after they receive the payment, they only refund 50% of what you paid.

This is the option:
1. Continue the order with a 5% refund on the item(s) value;2. Continue the order and receive a 10% discount coupon for a future purchase;3. Cancel the order with 50% of the item(s) value and shipping fee if it was included;

There should be a no star rating. I've already left a review about my missing delivery. I was told I need to "contact the shipper" and was provided with an invalid number. Apparently I'm supposed to guess who the shipper is....and I've lost another 1.5 days as they are very slow to respond. Based on my limited experience, this is about the worst customer service I've received and do not recommend purchasing from here. Save your money and shop local. Lesson learned. I also can't wait to start the return process since I can't use the dress and had to buy another....I've read mixed reviews about that.

The dress is beautiful and very good quality, and the customer service is very helpful too.

VIRGO HERE:Wish I could give them negative stars, I had ordered shoes on the 21st , the shoes that were supposed to come August 25th -31st was the estimated delivery. However The 31st is my birthday and I'm still waiting on the shoes in September. Don't order from here for your wedding or special event. It will not come on time on TIME And who knows if it's going to come correctly or not. Save your time and money and go somewhere else where you might get your order on time for your special day because JJ's house doesn't care I'm just glad I had a good pair of substitute shoes I may even send the on ones I bought from JJ's house back. As they are no longer needed And I won't be ordering ever again! I say good luck to JJ's house with their business model of not showing up on time.

I liked that I could try on the dresses that I liked before I make my final purchase!

Ordered a custom size dress and it arrived 2 inches larger than I had measured.
When I contacted the customer service they offered no kind of apology but told me I was wrong and sent me a photo of a seam being measured to show I was wrong (which instead proved that the dress was larger than I had ordered it).
*the photo they sent was of a “half measurement” which had the seam they measured been half the waist, it would have been correct and within the 0.5-1 inch discrepancy, HOWEVER as I pointed out to their customer service over email (which was ignored and I would point out has been ignored again in their reply to this review) the seam they showed was not half of the dress, it was between two side seams but the style of the dress has more fabric in the front than the back - I measured the same from seam to seam on the back and it was half of what I entered my measurement to be but across the front there was an extra 2 inches to that, hence the dress being much larger than ordered.*

They did say that a 0.5 inch difference in measured and real size was an acceptable human difference but did not acknowledge the fact that the dress was 2 inches different to the measurements I asked for and so way beyond this acceptable limit.
I eventually managed to receive a partial refund and had to get the dress tailored of which the cost was not covered by the refund.
I have since spoken about this with friends and family of which multiple have come forward and said they also received custom dresses completely differently sized to what they entered. I would not recommend the custom sizing at all.
The dress fabric and quality was nice enough, but given the price I would have expected better especially with the sizing and customer service.

Love the option of dresses. I found 1 I liked, ordered it, great communication and arrived early. Right order and it fit!

Easy to find my style and colour online . Put in my measurements and hey presto !! I have a beautifully tailored dress for my son’s wedding. Reasonable price too ! 🥰🥰

The dresses are very high quality! The try on process is very easy. I found a perfect dress and no problem returning 2 that I did not choose. Customer service is excellent. I would highly recommend and will definitely purchase again in the future!

Bought shoes to wear to a wedding. Wore them for less than 4 hours on the day and was mainly sitting down during this time and the whole heel wore away on both shoes. Sent an email with photos to the company over 3 weeks ago, as well as a follow up email and not even had a response. Appalling service and will not purchase from them again.

very very good quality, bought as a bridesmaid dress and was incredibly comfortable all day and the top half being able to be changed many times is the best thing about it. Got cool, arms covered easily and when I got hot just pulled up off the shoulders. Very much looking forward to wearing it again to the races et. Very good value for money

Ordered a custom bridesmaid dress. Triple checked my measurements, the dress is hugely too big and the 'quality control' photos they sent after I raised the issue shows the measurements on the wrong part of the dress, with the dress not flat. I measured the actual waist of the dress and it was 2 inches bigger than the measurement I had sent. Their argument was that some tape measures are different.

Responses are poor, haven't replied in the last two weeks.

Initially offered a 20% then a 40% off discount which nowhere near covers the cost of alterations to make the dress actually fit. As the dress is so far off in size the zip needs removing and realigning, with taking inches off the waist and off the length- at a cost of £95, the same as the dress itself.

They do not accept returns on custom dresses - which would be fine- if the measurements were correct!

If you must order a dress from here, I recommend ordering a couple of standard sizes closest to your measurements and having the one closest to yours altered.

I did the Try on program. Had 3 dresses delivered promptly. Very easy doing the returns of unwanted dresses through Happy Returns. The dress I chose is well made, and the prices are extremely affordable. Very happy with JJs House. Will recommend to family & friends, and I will use in the future

I had purchased a dress for my son’s wedding ( in Mexico) from a high end store and wasn’t completely happy with it. I happened to look at JJ House online and saw one I liked (1/4 of the price of the other one I purchased) so I thought I’d try it. Omgosh!!!!! I loved it. It was perfect. Exact length I needed; no alterations needed, beautiful color, great quality….. I was so happy with my dress!!!!!

My order arrived when it was supposed to, the dress is beautiful.
