Lovely bridesmaid dresses
Bought several bridesmaid dresses from here and they had accurate shipping times and were excellent quality. Made some returns and these were easy and handled and refunded quickly. Just make sure you go by size according to the measurements NOT your usual size, as the sizes run small (my bridesmaids all had to size up one or two sizes)

Very bad shoe sizing. Labelled and sold as 3 sizes above the ACTUAL size! And of course Vinted geniuses did nothing about it.

Ordered a dress over a month ago
Ordered a dress over a month ago, within 7 day of ordering received the try on one and found it too small. so before they even started on the 2nd asked if i could change size they said sure for another 100.00 i said never mind and purchased a different one that is actual size, they run very small I am a tall woman not large and dress was very tight and short their measurements are not true to size.

The style, lines and quality of the fabric made this dress exceptional. I am a size 8 in a dress typically, it ran just a bit small, alterations were completed and I am very happy with the dress.

Disappointing Return Experience
I ordered two dresses that arrived together in one parcel. Unfortunately, neither dress fitted because the sizing was inaccurate for me, so I returned both in the same parcel using one return label.
I paid £11 for delivery to London and a further £9.98 was deducted for the return, meaning I lost £20.98 despite returning the entire order.
I contacted customer service to ask why the return charge was applied per dress rather than per returned parcel, but I did not receive a clear explanation. Instead, I was referred to the company policy and told it was due to environmental impact, which did not answer my question.
This was disappointing, and I would think carefully before ordering again.

The dress was exactly as i imagined
The dress was exactly as i imagined, it was pretty. But it did feel very cheap. The straps rubbed my shoulders raw. The beading popped off like crazy. The zipper wouldnt hold up which was the worst of all.. I got a cheap dress cause I got married outside and knew it wouldnt be in good shape when finished.. so the dress did its job. Exactly as pictured. Just didnt stand the day. 😂
For JJhouse responding, I would of left a review directly on my dress had the option been there. When I go to review it, I can only review the free bag. So I came somewhere I did have a voice. Thats all thanks.

I ordered a dress for my son’s upcoming wedding and it arrived today. I am thrilled with it. It was a custom order and it fits perfectly. The quality of the fabric and color were exactly what I saw in the picture. I had a few questions about the length so I contacted the chat and they were very helpful and friendly and always available.
I need to get it ironed, but thats expected coming in the mail. It came within the time frame too and in time for the august wedding. I am very happy with JJs house. Thank you so much.

Very disappointing experience with the Try-On service.
I used JJ’s House’s Try-On service while planning my wedding and placed three separate Try-On orders because the service only allows up to six dresses per order. Between the three orders, I paid over £100 in Try-On fees.
At no point during the product pages, checkout process or order emails did I realise the Try-On fees were non-refundable. The only thing that was made clear throughout the ordering process was that the dresses had to be returned within 7 days or I would be charged the full retail price. It was only when I came to return the dresses that I discovered the £6 per dress Try-On fee was non-refundable.
Had this been made clear before purchase, I would never have bothered ordering through the Try-On service in the first place.
What is most frustrating is that JJ’s House later acknowledged in writing that the information
“may not have been as clear as it should have been.”
Despite this, they only offered me £20 as a goodwill gesture after I had lost over £100 in Try-On fees, which I found insulting.
I have since spent over £100 purchasing dresses for my flower girls, showing that I was a genuine customer who intended to buy from JJ’s House.
I strongly believe the non-refundable nature of the Try-On fee should be made clearly visible on the product page and during checkout, not only found later by navigating through additional help pages. I hope my experience helps other customers check this before placing an order.

Very misleading return policy.
I ordered a standard-size dress with no customizations. Before my order shipped, I contacted customer service to cancel it. My request was denied because they claimed all of their dresses are "custom made" and therefore cannot be canceled or returned.
This directly contradicts the return policy on their website, which states that standard-size dresses (excluding final sale items) are eligible for return within 30 days of receiving the order, provided they are unworn, unaltered, and have the original tags attached.
Their policy specifically says:
"Most items sold on JJ's House may be returned for a refund within 30 days upon receiving your order... Standard size dresses (final sale excluded) ... Items must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and in original condition with their tags still attached."
It's very frustrating that the written policy says one thing, but customer service says another. If every dress is considered "custom made" and ineligible for return, that should be stated clearly upfront instead of advertising a 30-day return policy for standard-size dresses.
