I ordered the 5 dresses offer, my first order with you. The dresses were not the right size, but you gave me a full refund on a gift card and I could keep the dresses. I will give them to the charity shop. Very impressed with John at customer online chat thanks.

3 out for the 4 dresses fitted perfectly for our bridesmaids after a disastrous first order from another company. Very good quality and quickly delivery on the items in stock. 1 of the dresses didn’t fit due to the shape of one of the bridesmaids but the customer service to return the item was top class. Was informed on what to do and what will happen next. Massive weight of my mind and a big tick of our wedding list sorted. Thanks again for a great service

I needed to return some bridesmaids dresses the process was slick and easy. When I chatted with the handler on the refund being processed they confirmed what was going to happen and also sent screen shots so I was aware of the refund. I also ordered further dresses which arrived and the colour fit is everything we wanted

I received an email informing me of full refund after my complaint. Thank you and happy to hear you are going to address the sizing issues. If you are a dress size, it should be that and no need to order multiple sizes. Good luck going forward.

Ordered 3 bridesmaid dresses and got confirmation through and I had selected the wrong size, used the chat option and within a few minutes the correct size was successfully changed. Easy to use website and looking forward to receiving the dresses, thank you once again

The customer service was excellent, I was able to change my order (bridesmaid dress) by using the chat service. It took only a few minutes for the order to be changed. Dresses ordered on Sunday evening and arrived this afternoon, excellent service all round!

My order was not arriving in time. When I tracked it, it said it had not shipped yet. That's when I contacted Ever Pretty through their 24/hour live chat and had my situation taken care of. My order would have taken longer because of the kind of dress I had chosen. So I was given an alternative which ended up working for me. And I was grateful.

I had to order several dresses for sizes and style for a wedding I was in. I ended up wearing 1 of the 4 and it was beautiful and I received many compliments. I was able to return the other 3 very smoothly. I will order from here again. Well made and beautiful

Easy ordering process, quick shipping and amazing customer service. I wanted to exchange for a smaller size. The return process was easy and the customer service representatives were very kind and helpful as I checked in on what to do next.

We bought a dress unfortunately it was damaged but they sorted everything out for us with no fuss

Brilliant experience. I got a dress that didn't quite fit so I exchanged it easily. When the colour is wanted was out of stock I went to the chat and they even helped by giving me other options. I honestly cannot fault them. Thank you so much ❤️

Clothes were fine, took a while to arrive. Shipping was very expensive and had to pay an additional £7 fee for return shipping

I needed a dress for a wedding in two weeks. The bride asked that the guests wear specific colors. I found many gorgeous dresses at Ever Pretty but was afraid they wouldn’t arrive on time. I spoke to Rocill in customer service through the chat and I was assisted immediately! I’ll now have a gorgeous dress in one of the specified colors on time for the wedding! Thank you Rocill and Ever Pretty!

The size and quality are very very poor on a dress I ordered, the customer service on returns is worse! You pay for shipping to have items sent (fair enough) then I paid extra for the insurance to ensure I could return it, big mistake they only accept a return if the item was damaged in transit (which is the law anyway) on the tatty dress I was sent the zip is broken so not covered, you also have to pay another £6.99 shipping to send it back, on top of that the website won’t allow a refund for sale items so it seems I’m stuck with a low quality damaged dress

I wouldnt buy a dress on here. very hard to get a refund and refuse to give me a return label as I live in ireland and also said I was not within my 30 days to send it back even dough I only received it last friday the 5th june.

I ordered three dresses, one of which was in a final sale (something I didn’t notice at the time) which apparently means non refundable. This is legally wrong and does not follow the Consumer Contracts Regulations act of 2013 where it is a legal right to return something purchased online within 14 days. Once I stated this, they did allow me to return the dress (funny that!). I was then shocked to find out that photographic evidence was needed in order to return all three dresses! I have never encountered this before. It’s very invasive to take images showing whether a dress is too big, too small, doesn’t suit… Really strange and unnecessary. Do not recommend!
