Very good delivery

1. It wasn’t Helthjem I have to always pick up my packages from somewhere else because something as small as a letter apprently dosnt fit in my mail box
2. Always takes forever with this company and I always get a million msgs saying it’s been packed it’s sent it’s been packed and sent and then it’s in it way, it’s almost there then it’s been packed again and wow now it’s arrived. I would rather use a donkey then this shit ass company

I didn't receive my package as it was taken before I received a message from you guys about it arriving. Then when I texted customer service they said I must message Nille and I don't get any help

Overall it is delivered ok, but that it has to hang around 2 days in Vestby before it is moved to my mailbox 30km further is questionable. Postnord is able to deliver a package from Denmark with 24 hours after ordering. Here I have to wait days for a package from Oslo.

The 1 star is too much for this company they said delivery will be in 3 or 5 days but it’s been 2 weeks i did get my package 📦 it’s really bullshit and very disappointed now they saying we will deliver it on Friday it will be 3 weeks please helthjem close ur company and go to hell

Long time to deliver - Helthjem took extensive amount of time of package delivery from Haugesund to Lier. Service took 17 days.

Called to ask where my product was — nobody at this company could tell me. Nobody could tell me when it would arrive either. You are a delivery company. If you cannot answer the two most basic questions about a delivery, you have no business calling yourselves one.

On top of that, my product was delivered to the wrong address. I confirmed directly with the company that arranged the service that they gave the correct address on their end. Your team still got it wrong. And when I tried to fix it through your own website, the "change address" option does not even work — the CTA tells you it is not possible, so there is no way to correct a mistake even before it happens.

This is not a one-off glitch, it is a company with zero visibility into where packages are and no way for customers to fix errors before or after the fact. Useless support, no accountability, broken systems. Do not use this service — save yourself the time and the headache.

The concept and it’s NAME say “all the way home” (Helt hjem), but they don’t do it! They’ve literally never done it in my experience. They send it to a pick up place even relatively far away from home! For me, if you are called «all the way to home» then that is what you do.
Another time, they just threw the package into the wrong building. It took me 5 days and a lot of stress and lost time to even find it. Bad customer service, disinterested drivers. As a “proof of delivery “, they kept a black photo from Thursday to Tuesday, and only because I didn’t give up on my package, it showed up 5 days after they had falsely registered it as delivered.

I didn’t choose them this last time (yesterday), because I deliberately avoid Helthjem, knowing that it will probably be a hassle. But the sender chose them, and once again I had an irritating and time-consuming experience with this particular carrier. There are so many other carriers better than these. I don’t recommend them.
