Very bad experience I buy products on 20.07.2026 date I didn't receive my order, which I should have received in 5 days After eight days they tell me the money will be returned within seven days Waiting and waiting and just waiting!

Fantastic quick delivery. Ordered in the morning and received in the afternoon same day.

The reply was fast and extremely pleasant. The missing item was shipped immediately. Because of this customer service employee, farmasiet got themselves a new loyal customer and I already told one of my friends about it.

Despite that delivery was "delivered" I could not find it in my post box. They send me new one for free and sucessfully delivered :) Very nice pharmacy company . Recommended

Very easy and fast delivery with Porterbuddy next day. Some products need BankID which is a problem, but that goes for all pharmacies.

I order from Farmasiet several times a year. Items arrive quickly and is always in good condition. The prices are also very, very good compared to physical pharmacies. will recommend!

I have ordered three small and inexpensive items and picked delivery to the door by Helthjem that costed 39kr. When the website was redirected to Vipps payment the delivery cost went up to 119kr and I have accidentally payed this ridiculous amount that was nearly half price of the items ordered. I immediately got in touch by chat and website requesting to cancel the order - as this was a ripoff or website glitch. The answer of my request - made a minute after the purchase - was that the cancelling was not possible. Looks like I’ll have to pay this extra 80kr. This is not a big money amount but I cannot accept that a company like that would have such a bad customer service that they couldn’t offer to change delivery or reimburse me for the added value.

I was a regular customer they have just lost.

WARNING: do not buy any form of equipment from this company!!! Purchased a blood pressure monitor that was faulty. Been almost a 6month saga. Claim that they cannot refund because the package was opened and claim to be having it tested by the company who makes the devices. Notably, blood pressure monitor was tested by myself and several other health care professionals. Poor customer service. Stay clear.

Wait at least 10 days to received the package and I still not receive any package now !!! Even I call to customer service and she say she will help to follow up and send me update on Email but I dint get any update email at all!!

10 days to deliver a package medicines ? Do not use this company ig you are in a hurry. They have no control at all !

This is a joke. I ordered three things from them (CeraVe skincare line) on a Saturday, the order arrived today and immediately after opening the moisturising cream's packaging I saw that the protective lid was missing (!) and there is A HUMAN HAIR in the cream, meaning that someone opened it before I got it and possibly used it/put their fingers in it. I am NEVER buying any products from you again. I demand a follow up on the case.

Edit: I contacted the customer service and they were great to work with, they helped me out with my order, so I feel it's only right I write about it here and change my rating on them. 4 stars for the help, but the experience of the product left a salty taste nonetheless

The delivery time was longer than informed initially. On the day I expected the package, they sent an SMS and said they cannot send the package because of illness and would send it tomorrow! do they have only one courier? They should have offered a cancellation option at this condition because it was medicine and I could buy it from the store. But I had to wait until the next day. Also, I had to be available between 5:30 to 9:30 pm. I believe they can estimate more precisely. It is irresponsible and disappointing.

I have purchased 2 times with farmasiet the first time my package end up at my neighbors mailbox but it was well packet with a cardboard box. Last time I got it at the pickup point fast delivery but they send it in a plastic bag and my hair products wasn't very well protect but no demage. I would recommend cardboard box for products that can be demage during the transportation.
