The package was destroyed in two corners. Other than that it was fine. Treat your packages better. The box was appart of the package.

Long delay that could have been resolved very quickly
Two weeks of messages about the package being delayed and couldn’t be delivered. I was in contact with customer services 4 times during these weeks without the case being solved. In the end I opted to change locker to a different location and it was delivered the next day, so I should have been adviced to try this at a much earlier stage in stead of having to try this option myself without really knowing the outcome.

All the pick-up points are within a store or mall , so you have to get there while they're open. This is not always practical, would prefer to be able to pick up whenever I feel like it.
