I took out Heymondo's travel insurance for my trip to Indonesia and I honestly couldn't be happier with the service. I had an incident at the beach and they were incredibly quick in assigning me a clinic and covering the medical expenses upfront, so I didn't have to worry about anything.
What really impressed me was the follow-up: after the visit they called me and sent me a message to check if I was okay and whether the care I received had been thorough.
A truly professional and caring service. Highly recommend!

We purchased a top-tier travel insurance policy. During our trip we had a medical emergency. After calling the insurance company, we received immediate assistance and they booked an appointment for us at a specialized clinic. The medical visit went well. We received all necessary treatments without having to pay anything. Excellent service. Highly recommended to purchase this policy.

Very poor experience with Heymondo
Very poor experience with Heymondo. When I actually needed assistance, the support was slow, unresponsive, and not helpful. The whole process felt unnecessarily complicated and far from the reliability you expect from a travel insurance company. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

Good and easy
Easy to purchase, easy to have on your phone for access when traveling. Thankfully I didn’t have to use it on my trip but that means that i can’t comment on how it works if you were to need help in your trip.
