A not-so-good website, but the people at the helpdesk were absolutely lovely and helpful.
Login after buying the insurance didn't work at all. The day after I have been called by the customere care team. They have been extremely nice, professional and helpful. So thank to them. But still, I was happy for the people, but disappointed by the website. Also, the many emails asking for a review are not something I really appreciate.
