Very nice hotel right on the main street. Excellent staff in the reception and restaurant. Very good breakfast with plenty of choice.

This has genuinely been the most frustrating and confusing “hotel” experience of my entire life. And I put hotel in quotations as it is a very loose term for what we experienced.

There is no receptionist or any staff at the hotel at all. So upon arrival you have to text their AI bot on whatsapp to unlock your door. In their first message they tell you to get your key from “the lock box” but never explain that it isn’t the one outside, which would make logical sense, but the one inside and up the stairs around the corner. They give you four different colored keys but don’t tell you what any of them are for so you get to figure that out. Also good luck actually using the keys. It was a struggle every time to go in and out of doors. Just hope and pray there isn’t a fire! They didn’t even tell us our room number. So when we finally did find the key boxes inside and up the stairs, you just have to type your code into every key box until one works. They also advertised our room as being on the first floor when it was on the second.

The room itself isn’t any better. The bed is just two mattresses pushed together where you can feel every spring in the mattress. The shower head is barely attached and sits a shoulder level (I’m only 5’4 i can’t imagine being any taller). The sink also had horrible water pressure and the water would stream onto the sink and down on the floor. Also, the lights are all automatic making it pitch black when the sun goes down giving it an extremely creepy vibe. The power and water also both shut off at separate times within our three night stay.

The AI “receptionist” on whatsapp was extremely unhelpful and didn’t answer any of our questions until far after we had figured it out.

So if you are looking for an escape room where the prize is unease and bad sleep then you’ll love it. Oh also, they have a full kitchen but there is a sign that reads “it’s not possible to cook any type of dish”.

Loved our time here! Super easy to navigate everything. There is a front desk person during the day for anything you need. The rooms are spacious, clean and everything is functional. Also, the location of the hotel is amazing - right by the park!! Great for families with littles. I'd definitely come back.

I give it 4 stars due to the lack of fruit (watermelon). When we asked the staff if they would refill it, they said there was none left, but it's probably just a matter of habit. One watermelon for the whole hotel is not enough. Other than that, the apartment was perfect, clean, large, with a comfortable bed. Beautiful view from the terrace of the city and the harbor. It's a short walk to the harbor and a 20-minute walk to the train station. Free parking in front of the hotel. Watch out for the high curb :-( Otherwise, we were satisfied.

Pajaras are very spacious with two bedrooms+a sofa bed in the livingroom. Establishment is very well kept. Staff is very kind, polite and attentive. 15 minutes drive to both beach areas south and north of Gallipoli.

Everything is basic and the rooms not really clean, the breakfast everyday the same. We only had dinner once, it was not really tasty. The pool boy and the entertainment team were really friendly. The rest of the staff, including the manager, were rather unfriendly, especially towards non-Italian tourists.

Lovely new apartment, really well laid out to a high standard. Location is close enough for metro access and there are numerous high quality restaraunts nearby.
However,
The top floor is still under renovation and the builders started drilling at 8am - we were not informed that this was happening, or we may have considered booking elswhere.

On arrival the check in process was chaotic as it is app based.
I had paid the city tax up front which the app confirmed. However, the app recorded it as a negative balance which meant i could'nt complete check in prior to arrival.
This resulted in non receipt of the confirmation email with codes to gain access to building (no reception on site to assist)
I ended up phoning the contact number which then directs you back to the bott on whatsapp, that sent me in a frustrating never ending loop for an hour, before the instructions finally were provided.

We've stayed close to the airport, and we didn't expect a lot, but it was a nice hotel and breakfas for such a money

The hotel staffs are super accomodating and approachable. Any questions or any assistance needed, they will do their best to accomodate the guest. The hotel rooms are nice and are cleaned everyday. Breakfast is also superb. Hotel location is close to the airport and less than 10 stops via tram from the city center. We will definitely book here again as its worth every penny.

We had a great experience with this hotel! The front desk receptionist was so welcoming and helpful. He gave us great recommendations for us to enjoy the time in the city and even booked a taxi for us for our early flight. The location was great too by historic center close to many restaurants.

A very clean and pleasant hostel. Located right near the train station (less than 200m away), it makes getting around to anywhere very easy.
Value for money: perfect.
The only downside concerns access to some of the rooms; the route to reach mine wasn't very convenient, and the bathroom is a bit small.

I recommend this place to anyone visiting Venice, whether for sightseeing or a romantic getaway.

I loved the location, very rustic immersed in nature. Staff were lovely, breakfast was casual but sociable, room was good I loved my view into the garden, great location easy reach of beach and town.
With a few things updated and tidied here and there it could be fabulous!

All was good. There were some issues with the room but Antonio solved them promptly. The breakfast was nice. We had eggs, ham, different cheese, pastry, fruits, yougurt, good coffee bar. It was very silent, during the night so we could have a nice sleep. It's a 10-12 minute walk from the city center. And 5 minutes from the nearest beach (therw are some stones), and 10 minute from the sandy beach. It was a nice stay.

Everything about this hotel looks like amazing

​A wonderful hotel. We stayed for just one night, but this is a place where you could spend your whole vacation. The rooms are spotless, with great furniture and fixtures. Lovely, thoughtful touches like slippers, earplugs, and sleep masks were provided. Excellent breakfast with plenty of options for everyone.
