This course has opened so many doors in my life and I give all the credit to Richard and the amazing community he has curated here. His courses are detailed, he streams often so you can see the process work live, and he often allows people to join and helps his members with any issues they might be having. The members and group leaders are also incredibly helpful and for just $20 dollars a month, you get a ridiculous amount of value you just absolutely can't find anywhere else. The best part about this entire group is that Richard isn't trying to get you to go out and scam others and lowball them, but rather teaching his members how they can step in and be a bridge between a seller who is truly struggling to sell and an investor, often times helping out the seller. Try out this group for even a single month and you will not be disappointed if you take this opportunity seriously.

I’ve been a member of HMHW Group since 2020, and it’s been one of the best investments I’ve made in my real estate education. Over the years, I’ve learned a variety of strategies, from creative financing and subject-to deals to mortgage takeovers and fix-and-flips.

The community helpers are knowledgeable and will not try to steal your deals. You get immediate access to buyers that are here listening in in the training. This is a one stop shop so to speak for learning, practicing, finding, and selling. Plus he promises to never ever go up on price. This is not a greed motivated community. It’s a learning environment. Richard combines knowledge, ethics, and value.

If I’m being honest there are a lot of wholesale courses out there but Richard makes this affordable and gives the quickest method to get a deal which is implementation. Definitely feels like I’m getting way more value than I paid for.

There are hours of live teaching, plus there are thousands of people learning together and helping each other, creating a peer-to-peer environment that is just perfect for someone new to real estate investing.

Hold My Hand Wholesale is a great community and brilliant way to learn a side hustle that can help you improve your life. I am yet to make a deal however I know I haven’t put in the dedicated amount of work needed. I know that if you put in the work and keep up with consistency you will benefit from this! I only give it 4 stars because it isn’t meant for everyone, you need to be a good people person and good sales, which is nothing the business can do to change, as a business I say 5* but to help keep expectations at bay I’m giving 4*.

It's not a magic button that will make you rich overnight, but there is no better introduction to real estate learning online for the value. If you put in the time and apply what you learn, it would be unreasonable for you to not succeed. The resources and community available to you alone are worth far more than $20/month, and there is constantly more value being added, regardless of what stage you are at in your journey. I was hesitant at first as with paying for anything online, but after a few months in the school it is clear that Richard and Chris really do want you to win.

I have been in the world of real estate for 17 years. This is not just for beginners; the creativity and ways to buy a house that this group shares are amazing. For $20, there is nothing to lose. Im grateful for Richard and Chris and the platform they have created.
