The charge of 358.00kr subscription was not clear. I by chance found out about the charge when I looked at my bank statements.
I love the look of your website. it’s really simple and easy to use, though I was disappointed that I had to open a Facebook account to communicate with the renter. I did open a Facebook account though against my preference.
Your customer service is little to automated, and it took too long of a time before I got an actual answer to my complaint. I’m happy now, though that the mistaken charge is being refunded. I will still recommend Kvickbolig to friends and other people.

Great service and variety of offers
I think the website is genuinely well-made, with all the filters and sorting options that make the search easy and quick. There's also many apartment offers and housing type options that I did not see on other sites, which is always nice.
The BoligAgent tool is also super helpful by sending emails of new opportunities that matched my search and set up - I managed to get an overview and quickly scour through many apartments thanks to it.
Additionally, their customer service is very helpful and responsive, so I'd definitely recommend the website for anyone looking for new places and trustworthy service. :)
