I didn’t realize my BoligZonen subscription was still active and only noticed after several months. When I contacted support, Louise and Marina responded quickly and were very helpful. While a full refund wasn’t possible, they refunded three months, which was very kind. Great customer service and a positive experience overall. Thank you!

More apartment options and sweetest customer service🫶
Can recommend 100%! Was able to find an apartment that wasn’t listed on any other website. I chose the full subscription so I could contact more places and have more options, and I am glad I did that now.

Proper place to find rent
They have a very well structured site, making it easier to find new place to live. As an international in Denmark, I sucessfully used it two times to find rent.
Filters are good, notifications about new apartments are quick.
And their support service is very polite and responsive.

I created an account on BoligZonen in hopes of finding an apartment in Billund. However, I was disappointed to discover that when you click "Contact Landlord", BoligZonen just displays Bovia's website within their own website. Bovia is a housing association that you need to be a member of, to get offers on houses.

Here, there may be additional requirements and conditions, as they are often regulated by municipal rules.
For properties from a housing association, we clearly state in the listing:
“This property is offered through a housing association. Therefore, you may be required to pay a membership fee and be placed on a waiting list to be considered for the property.”
This text is visible before you purchase access to the landlord's contact details, so you have the opportunity to take this into consideration before deciding to purchase access.
It is important to note, however, that 99% of the listings on BoligZonen come from professional and private landlords, where such restrictions and rules do not apply.
