Thats crazy that there are soo many bad reviews. I've bought over 10 pairs of shorts and 4 jackets and got everything.

If you live outside the U.S then DO NOT order from this company. I ordered a purple hoodie for my wife a month before Christmas 2024 and paid in full for it. After 6 months of back and forth emailing i still received nothing and eventually gave up. Never received my order and my requests for a refund went unanswered.

I ordered 4 sweaters from the company in 2024 and I still havent received my sweaters or my refund for the sweaters, I did purchase a lot of things that I did receive and the last 4 things I ordered they ripped ne off for 🤷‍♂️

The item only looks good in pictures. What i received is completely different the quality is very poor.

Ordered 2 hoodies... in october... 2024. Still haven't been delivered and no refund, contacted at least 10 times to get the same old, "we cant refund as the order has been processed" over a year and a half ago? Ok then.

It doesn't stand out much. The quality is very mid and the overall quality is very bad.

THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD!!!! DO NOT ORDER UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO THROW AWAY!!! On Dec 16, 2025, I ordered a hoodie for my grandson! I never received the hoodie. After giving them a month to deliver I reached out to them via email (the only way to reach them). They told me they would check on my order and get back to me. I reached out several more times and never heard back from them. I requested a refund and nothing. No hoodie and no refund!!! A VERY disappointed grandson and a VERY pissed off grandmother!

I ordered 2 hoodies in April 2025. My order was never delivered despite contacting customer support multiple times. Support staff would always ask if I still wanted my items, which I did, so I tried to wait patiently for them to arrive despite nothing ever changing. Huge scam and waste of time.

Used to buy from them --- then things got weird --- got cheaper ---- then the shipments stopped.

I placed about 10~ orders over the years. But they got too cheap in 2025 so I bought 25 pieces. Order ghosted. emails ghosted. 3 months later I used paypal to get my money back.

No responses at any time. Company officially gave up and lost my business.

I think they're ran through and high tailed it.

I ordered and paid in November and it HAS NOT SHIPPED... I sent a message to the customer service and I got a reply that says you are working on it almost a month ago. Now I just tried to message that thread it says cannot be sent.

This is outrageous. I am a return customer, not that it should matter. Im going to make a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Ordered a hoodie from here almost 2 years ago and it never arrived.

I ordered with this company before and my first shipment got *lost* after 2 months..I got a replacement order and received it about a month later. Not a great experience but I DID receive the hoodies and jacket; and theyre great. I actually really love them, particularly by artist collab hoodie.
I tried to order their Squidgames collab hoodies for me and my girlfriend. After about a month of no updates I tried to email them but their contact form was broken. I still had their email address from my old order and I got the auto response but no one ever replied. Eventually I reversed the payment.
Fast forward to today and the site has shut down. I have a feeling they ceased a while ago but kept the site up to take as much $$$ as possible.

I ordered from this company 3 years ago and, while it took many emails to customer service and over 2 months, I received my sweatshirts and they were awesome - decent quality, soft material and quite a statement piece. On Oct 20, 2025 I purchased three more sweatshirts to give to friends for Christmas gifts. But this time, I received the initial order confirmation email and then...radio silence. I wrote several emails to the company, each time receiving the automated 'our customer service agents are looking into this' emails, but nothing more. After 3 months of no response, I finally gave up and initiated a refund through PayPal (the only payment option they were taking at the time). PayPal responded quickly and let me know that my refund was being processed and I should see it in my account within a couple days. But then, these sneaky bastards sent me a text message under the guise of 'filling out a few more pieces of information in order to verify your PayPal return'. This was BS, I already got the refund from PayPal, this was nothing more than a scheme to get me to give them my account info. It's too bad, as I LOVED the sweatshirts that I originally got, but it's a straight up SCAM operation now. Do not buy from them, it's a RIPOFF.

I received an order confirmation from Fresh Hoods, but the order was never shipped and I never received the items. It has been over a month now.

The website is currently down, so there is no way to contact the company or get support. My money is gone and I have nothing in return. I would not recommend ordering from this site.

Scam ! you will not receive anything. if you have purchased refund straight away despite what the bots answering your messages says. i bought an item a while back and did receive something i was happy with. i ordered again and did not receive those items. bots made every excuse as to why and when i would get them. eventually they stopped replying. avoid.

Ordered two tops on the 22nd of November they still have not arrived. All of this could be acceptable if someone, anyone responded to my emails. I’ve a feeling I’ve been ripped off!

I have ordered a t-shirt about 2 months ago still didn’t received it I try to contact them by email,social media and didn’t get any reply. Worst experience ever

My order from 14 months ago never arrived. Initially support contacted me to say it was delayed and to wait. Then as soon as you're passed the refund and claims time window they ghost you. Do not order from this scam company. A few years back my first order from them did arrive, so you can get lucky, but absolutely not worth it unless you are prepared to bring them to court over the false sale (watch this space).

Bought my first hoodie 2023, good quality came quick.
Ordered 3 others, early 2024 took money, said it was being made, now will not even answer emails. Customer service is non existent.

They'll happily take your order, and then not send the items. The customer service messages also stop when they clearly get bored of being asked where the items you've bought are. Absolutely appalling company. Avoid
