Only works with airlines ready to meet obligations
I have used this provider on several occasions. A refund was issued with airlines headquartered in the EU. When there was a legitimate claim involving Turkish Airlines this provider accepted my submission, did not process it, did not revert to me, did not answer queries and did not as agreed in the terms take Turkish Airlines to court.
In summary, where a customer can easily directly obtain a refund from the airline they will do too taking their commission. With airlines reluctant or unwilling to honour their legal obligations they do not actively pursue the claim.

Fightright is an excellent claims…
Fightright is an excellent claims company. If it weren't for companies like them, airline companies like Ryanair would get away with everything. I submitted a claim to Flightright because of a disastrously delayed Ryanair flight from Berlin to London in October 2024. Flightright kept me informed about the claim throughout the court case and told me last November they were successful. I will get paid in a few days. Downright excellent! You have to be a bit patient to get your compensation money but in the end it pays off.

2 years of frustration and counting…
I hired flightright company hoping for a straightforward resolution, but my experience was extremely disappointing. After more than two years, they failed to resolve my claim and provided no clear updates or transparency throughout the process. Communication was vague, responses were slow or nonexistent, and I often had to chase them for information. In the end, no progress was made, and I felt left in the dark the entire time. After a terrible travel experience, flightright is making it worse. I cannot recommend their services based on my experience.

I did not have to do anything and got reimbursed. Up to legal proceedings they do the job without me getting even active. Nice job.

a short application, and quick resolution
I arrived at my destination after a delayed and rerouted flight. I was short of time and needed to catch up on the following days. I finally got time to contact Flightright a few day afterward. That is why it was important that Flightright helped my thru the application process and did not ask for unnecessary paperwork. I provided my original itinerary plus the rerouted actual flight; and they took it to the airline.

I’m pretty sure they kept my money
I’m pretty sure they kept my money. Missed a connection and filed a complaint via Flightright right away. The airline sent a message saying they had sent the money, Flightright says they didn’t receive it. Stopped responding to my messages until I went through alternative channels. They said they were again handling my case. 8 months later (1.5 years after filing my initial claim) I get an email saying they must drop my case and I can ask for an explanation as to why. I’ve sent four follow up emails asking why and they are being ignored. They also respond to these trust pilot comments to give the appearance they will chase things up, but they don’t follow through. Con artists. Choose another company.
