I have ordered two pairs of glasses from Firmoo a while back and I was very happy with them. So I have ordered another pair in a pretty frame which unfortunately wasn't suitable for me, as some elements of the frame got in my field of vision. The return process was quick and easy ( to my surprise) with full refund minus postage and taxes ( ~10€). I am very satisfied with the customer services and I will be using Firmoo again. Thank you!

I have been using firmoo for over a year now and even recommended it to my brother. Their frames are beautiful, study and there has never been a mistake with my prescription (even my optics onsite compliment my frames). I love how they handle customer complaints (via live chats or emails) about delivery or other issues with real humans and not some auto-reply machine. I feel very comfortable and confident ordering my glasses anytime any day (let's not even talk about the numerous discounts they have). You can either fill out your prescription manually or upload it to your profile. Did I forget to mention that they are so attentive to notice when your prescription changes after a couple of orders? and will contact you to clarify that the new values are correct. If you want great, affordable glasses (both for prescription, sunshade, photochromatic, transition, etc), don't even think about it. Head to their website and believe me you are in wonderful hands.

So I’m confused! I bought varifocals a few months ago from Firmoo and was delighted! Fabulous in every way!
So I ordered another pair 2 weeks ago using the same uploaded prescription and waited with excitement!
They arrive very timely and looked great. But they weren’t my varifocal prescription. I can see long distance but can’t see my book :(
So I went in the website and onto the chat with an assistant. I was told that Firmoo no longer do varifocals due to a new regulation and I’d just been sent my long vision prescription. Gutted!!
In all fairness, I was refunded part of what I paid but I now have a pair of glasses I can only partially see through.
I’ve gone back to look at the site and there’s no mention of this new regulation that means they no longer do varifocals.
I’m sad as I felt I’d found my shop for my future glasses needs and I’m sad my new glasses are fairly useless.
But I’m concerned that Firmoo are not highlighting this detail about the new regulations anywhere- they just sent me long vision with no warning. Yes I got a partial refund fir my partial glasses.
I don’t know where to order from now that matches their cheap prices.
All round confusion as I’d like clarification from Firmoo of this new stance of varifocal a bit can’t find anything online

The goods did not arrive even after several weeks. According to delivery tracking via WWW, the package has been in the destination country for more than two weeks. A credit note was promised on the part of FIRMOO. But so far only 50% of the shipping costs have been refunded. Never again will I buy from FIRMOO. Brille24 and Mister Spex work much more reliable.

Wonderful thing for this price. Only the shipping took too long. But everything else was great. Beautiful glass innovative case and cleaning cloth come pouch. Love it

Glases arrived on schedule...Perfect fitting..exactly as ordered...Prescription for these varifocals were correct and the frames look good. I'm very happy with this purchase..Very competitively priced. Will be ordering another pair soon.

I got my first computer glasses with a blue filter. They were cheap so i didn't think much of it. But first of all the shipment was super fast (came a few days ealier than expected) and also for that price the quality is great. I'm gonna buy a pair of glasses soon again!

I am really beyond happy with my glasses! I also got a lot of compliments. I bought these because I was having issues with some glasses that I recently bought - but from a different store. With the new glasses from firmoo, I don’t have any problems, which is surprisingly great, regarding the affordable price.
The order process was easy and uncomplicated, I would recommend these glasses a lot :)
