Multi focal glasses.
A third of the price of the cheapest glasses I have bought in Australia.
Easy to order and arrived two days before expected. I had to adjust the nose pads on the glasses but once that was done they fit great.

I ordered the Crace21102 with prescription lens. A very stylish look, great value for money and I loooove them. I have since put in an order for S0165 with prescription transitional lens and look forward to their arrival.

I love my firmoo glasses, perfect fit and their customer service team is very responsive.
Website and is user friendly, and it’s great that you can do a virtual try on to see how they will look on you.

The glasses are really good quality and the delivery was much quicker than I anticipated. My only issue was with my choice of frame and that's no fault of Firmoo. This was my 2nd purchase from Firmoo, my previous glasses purchase is still going strong despite my less than delicate handling of them. Definitely going to use Firmoo next time 👍🙂

I've bought glasses from Firmoo over a 10 year period and have been impressed by the quality and service. My latest experience nearly broke the mould ! The glasses arrived with the frames slightly bent which resulted in poor vision especially as they are multi focal. A visit to my optometrist didn't help much so I contacted Firmoo Help. The first guy was really helpful as far as he could be with the information I gave him, not positive result though. I decided to return them, the second Help guy was helpful and we started the return process. Another visit to my optometrist resulted in him doing another minor adjustment and everything came right. Meantime another Help guy contacted me , they must have been sick of me by then, but no,I just received a final friendly email and we closed the case. Firmoo couldn't have been any more helpful and concerned than they were. And the glasses are fantastic.

I purchased 2 pairs of glasses, one with the attachable sunglasses. Love them both. Great quality and so many choices. Will definitely be ordering again from Firmoo

Initially, I was quite sceptical about buying prescription glasses online, but I decided to take a chance and order a pair from Firmoo. They arrived within two weeks, I was really impressed with them, and I loved the quality and fit. So much so that I went ahead and ordered two more pairs.

Unfortunately, when the second order arrived, I had some issues with the frame sizing, and the glasses were quite uncomfortable. I contacted Firmoo, and Larry from customer service was extremely helpful and responsive. He offered me a refund, which I really appreciated.
What impressed me even more was that Firmoo didn't require me to return the glasses and allowed me to keep them as a backup. I certainly wasn't expecting that.
Excellent customer service, prompt communication, and a genuine effort to resolve the issue made the whole experience very positive. Well done, Firmoo!

Easy website to navigate and the glasses I bought are excellent and as described. I couldn't be happier. I would definitely go back to Firmoo if I need to. Postage was very quick

The glasses were great but they did not fit my face, I asked for an exchange and they gave me a coupon immediately For a new pair. Amazing customer service !

We ordered a pair of multi-focal heart shaped glasses for my partner and when they arrived the lenses were not aligned correctly for her usage, making the near vision hard to use. So we complained through the on-line chat. Immediate response was very helpful with the provision of a generous voucher in order to cover the replacement glasses and letting us keep the original glasses, which were fine for middle and distance vision. 10 days later the replacement glasses arrived and are perfect. Very happy and we highly recommend Firmoo as an excellent firm to deal with.

Firmoo made the experience of ordering glasses online seamless and any questions I had I just emailed customer service and they responded promptly with great advice. I will continue to recommend them. Larry helped me and he was amazing to deal with.

Glasses weren’t quite what I expected but the refund/exchange process was awesome and I was able to get another pair!

At first, I was a little hesitant to order with Firmoo, since they're online and I've never seen a Firmoo store anywhere in Australia. The frames* on Firmoo were inexpensive compared to the glasses sold at optometrists like Specsavers, Oscar Wylee, OPSM, etc.
After checking for scams and reviews, I found mostly postive reviews and confirmation that they were a legitimate retailer.
After making my purchase, they were very responsive. When I asked for an update on the ETA, they responded within a day. After I had received my order, they sent me an email to check if my order had arrived. Once I had confirmed it was all good on my end, they sent reply which included some links to their guides and tips to maintain our glasses. This showed me how well they look after their customers, from their customer service and even great aftercare. It was reassuring that I was in good hands.

10/10 experience. Ordered glasses, wasn’t happy with how they looked on me so asked for a refund/exhange. Received an email back within only a couple of hours with a code for the amount of the glasses to put to another pair AND as a one off courtesy was told I was able to keep the glasses without having to return. Fantastic customer service and product quality is outstanding.

I am absolutely pleasantly surprised by the quality, the service, the range of choice! The price! All of it!
As someone who has had to wear glasses my whole life. I kinda resigned to the fact, I had to always just wear the ugly frames my local store has in stock. But now! I have 5 pairs with my prescription from Firmoo and each pair is amazing. I got tinted lenses. I fi ally got myself some stylish frames, some sunglasses. Some mirror sunglasses also! All with my prescription. All with thinner lenses without the cost of what it is from buying locally. I will always buy my glasses from here in the future!
They ate lightweight. And great quality! Cannot flaw them at all!
