Totally happy with my first online order, everything was top notch, from ease of ordering, communication regarding despatch/courier, quality of packaging and finally a generous and really delish meal!

I ordered a family pack that was supposed to include, a pie, a macaroni, orange juice and a breadstick. I was sending as a gift to my family members who are dealing with illness. The breadstick was not included as advertised.

Bought meals for my mum who broke her foot and is on crutches so can’t cook very well. She is loving every meal so far! Super tasty and such big single portions she’s able to have them for lunch and dinner! Thanks Farro!

I used to buy the ready made meals but they are now so ridiculously expensive . The last fish pie I bought had uncooked carrots in . Not good at all

Thank you Alexis @ Farro.***If you want a pie comprised of mashed potato with fish flavoring added for $30+ then this is for you. Sadly it fails dismally to live up to the product description on the pack. A major disappointment to this seafood lover. Will never purchase again.

Everything was perfect, as usual, when buying from Farro’s Lunn Ave.

My first experience ordering online delivery and 3 things didn’t turn up even though I was charged. And 1 thing dropped off the list somehow.
However Customer Service has said they will refund me and follow up with store.

My online shopping experience at Farro was very positive. They offer a great selection of food and beverages. The delivery app was awesome, it shows the delivery progress in real time.

Food no doubt delicious but package ordered for delivery on Monday didn’t arrive and I had to stuff about sorting it out. No tracking info was
sent to me as it usually is until I phoned up the next morning. Package arrived the next morning after my phone call in good order & cond but the intended Dinner couldn’t happen🙁

Fully recommend this site , nice food . Text at to the moment of delivery .

I purchased a range of items online to be delivered to my daughter-in-law as a surprise on her birthday as she was suffering from Influenza A. I received confirmation of my items by email and delivery was to be 2 days later between 12 - 5pm. At 5pm I phoned Farro and was told 'probably running late' . Finally arrived at 7pm. The main items of meat and soup were not included but instead a packet of GF crackers( not ordered!). Had not been advised the missing food was not available.
Hardly the 'care' package experience for her. Advised Farro by email and given $15 delivery refund. Although I wasn't charged for missing items , feel it was very poor overall and will not use this service again.

Love Farro and their fruit and veges... the best of all supermarkets
