I like that you actually deliver to us lol no one else does waipukarau, and the delivery drivers have been good about our long driveway 😉 we usually double the protein being very active people but we don't get double sauce so curry ended up dry and salty. Like not having to think for 3 nights lol partner loved making flat bread, all in all very good.

Appalling customer service
Recipes and food are usually good. But if they forget to deliver your food, which happens, they will refund your money 3 - 5 working days later, and that is it, despite the huge disruption this can cause. The customer service you will receive during this issue will be appalling. You will be ghosted and ignored and only after several complaints and an hour or so of your time will they admit your food is never coming.

Not having to think up dinner is awesome just now.
The meals are a great size for us.
The vegetarian meals could have more veggies/salad and less pasta/ rice for bulk. The flavours are great, only the "Hearty Roast Pumpkin & Gruyere Fusilli" was a bit blah, so I just added more vege/ salad, more flavour, and it was perfect.

Love the way the ingredients are separately packaged per recipe.
Your delivery ppl dont read instructions despite it being clear. No common sense and argumentative.
Expected a call back within 24-48hrs as promised by contact center and this never happened, re being unable to claim nutribullet.
Meals are fine but I do compare them to bargin box.

Just for next time if you could possibly let me know if these going to be promotions for things like alcohol that would be amazing just because I personally don’t drink it and would not like to be in my house thank you but other than that everything else was amazing

Easy to deal with and I love the flexibility of the weekly menus. Has been a slip with my delivery being put on front porch instead of the back porch tho 😯, I was out and thank goodness it was not stolen. Good quality of the food. Not a fan of the garlic bread.

Service was good - meals tasty although one recipe had garlic listed in the ingredients but not mention in the recipe instructions as to where it needed to be added ... wasnt a biggie, but just a little confusing. All meals selected were enjoyed

I’ve used you before and was very satisfied. This time around I could’ve more dissatisfied and have cancelled my subscription - after I my two weeks. The ordeal you have to go through with contacting you is absurd and no customer should have to be put through the stress - never mind the waste of time. Never again.
