Excellent customer service

When everyone else immediately decline your request, FairPlane succesfully collects claimed amount.

It was good experience. The process took around 3 to 4 weeks but I got my money back without any hussle. They have a good portal where you can submit all documents easliy. Although one improvement is when you need to sign vollmacht electronically using mobile phone or laptop. The experience is not good. There is not enough space for the signature.
Overall, good experience and I recommend them.

I am really impressed with FairPlane's performance. Despite a very long processing time - more than two years after winning the case in court against the airline - they finally forced the airline to pay the flight delay compensation. Great professional service!

When our plane landed in France, there was an airstrike and our connecting flight was unexpectedly canceled. Ryan Air promised us a refund for the inconvenience of hotel and meals, but try as we might, their website was impossible to navigate. After two weeks trying to reach their claims department on various days at various times, we met only dead ends, endless loops, and frustration. At that point my husband and I were ready to give up. But then we found Fair Plane online, which offered to assist us to make a claim with Ryan Air. It took two years, but this month we received the refunds. We are surprised and very grateful to Fair Plane for making this possible. They do a great service for consumers. Our hats are off to Fair Plane!

They are believed to be those guys helping with compensation on cancelled flights but this is just about putting the wool over your eyes guys. They do not execute duties decently, in fact.

Very bad experience. After 2 years I am now receiving bills from the attorney who was trusted by Fairplane with the refund claim. Is now threatening to go to court.

I think it is a fraud. A year ago I was informed that I had won a lawsuit, and in spite of having asked them when I would be paid, today I receive a message that the case is closed. No one responds to emails or phone calls. FRAUD!!!

Easy and got money after 3 weeks. They keep their commissions but otherwise i would not have seen a cent. My experience was with LOT Polish airlines. They suck. Tried to do it myself, gave up after 3 months.

Do not use this company. In my (fairly clear) case Lufthansa was sued (good), but the verdict was then negative. And the reason.... they were completely unprepared and could not state the data of the flights that I gave them in my material. Thus the claim was rejected.

Now, the issue is: Since the court decided, I cannot do anything anymore as there is a final verdict.

Please do not use Fairplane, or at least not the lawyers they use. These are simply unprepared.

Again a success story with Fairplane.
Filing a claim is very easy. Fairplane informs very well throughout the process. This claim was settled in a month, payment received.

Eurowings makes a payment of 400euro/person. Fairplane takes 35%, but is this fair, who need this money Eurowings or Fairplane ?
Better we give this 35% to people in Africa, than a office that are sitting behind a computer cashing money in their account……
