A great bike in a cool colour. Price very competitive. Delivery very quick and good updates on delivery time and tracking.

Avoid this company at all costs! Zero customer service and defective products.
I bought an e-bike from them, and it turned out to be completely faulty. When I reached out for support, I was stuck dealing with endless excuses, unprofessional responses (especially from their representative Cici), and zero real help. They dragged it out for months, refused to repair the bike properly, and now they are completely refusing a refund.
Taking customers' hard-earned money and leaving them stranded with broken products is unacceptable. Save your money, save your time, and do not buy from this company. Total scam!

Communication was good, bike arrived within a few days relatively easy to assemble. Brakes needed adjusting but once that was done everything has gone okay. I've had my Fafrees Hailong one now for a couple of months and I am absolutely delighted with it. I live in a hilly area and commute 13 miles to work 2 or 3 times a week it runs like a dream and I have got a lot fitter and my times have got quicker. The power assist is excellent and I still have 40% battery left when I get to work, it easily does the 27 miles to work and back.

Appears to be a good bike for the money, especially as got about 80 Euros off the price making it just over £500. The same model sells for £599 on AMAZON. Quite quick delivery. Easy assembly, though I don't think you could do it on your own! Only problem is I cannot seem to get the saddle to tighten up enough to stop it collapsing every time I ride it. It's a funny round headed screw and no matter how tight I think I have got it the saddle keeps collapsing when I am out for a ride. If it persists I will have no choice but to return the whole bike. The other thing against it is the weight! It is VERY HEAVY! I am 70 but quite fit and not that weak but this is a beast to move around and especially when you want to go up steps etc. Not really recommended for ladies and anyone that is not very strong!

Hello, even in the lowest gear there is almost too much assistance—you find yourself forced to stop pedaling. It’s a shame the chainring isn’t larger, or the smallest cog a little smaller.

Hey Fafrees team, you guys did a fantastic job! The bikes ride great! They're easy to handle and anyone can understand. According to a friend who owns a metal fabrication business, the workmanship, especially the welds, is excellent. The bikes arrived pre-assembled within four days. Even for me, as a novice, putting them together was no problem!

Bought the F26 only a few weeks, nice bike so far.

A bit disappointed with customer services. I had not realised the bike doesn't have a chainguard so I'd like to have one installed. Local bike shops say it's an unusual design so they can't help. Fafrees customer services not helpful, just saying "the bike comes without chainguard" (yes I'd noticed, that's why I'm contacting you) and "we don't have a chainguard for this bike" - which I already know, but can they not provide specs on what I could buy for this bike?

I'd also like to install a front basket and the bike has a panel with 4 large screws. The basket on their website (around £100) does not seem to match that pre-installed panel on my bike - again, customer services are not helpful in confirming if that basket works on my model or not.

A bit frustrating and tbh now I wish I'd realised there was no chainguard and bought a different bike instead.

Last year I bought 2 Fafrees F20 pro E-bikes. After 12 months one the bikes got problems with the electric motor. After contact with the fafrees support team and sending a video they send me a new backweel without any problem.
Replacing the weel was very easy.
We are very satisfied with the bikes!!!!

Cici at Fafrees support helped me out when the basket on my Fafrees F26 Lasting became faulty. They couldn't send out a replacement immediately but she maintained contact.
The wait might have been about three weeks.

Received bike and it’s not working. Have emailed numerous times and no one is coming back to me to advise.

What a great folding ebike!
The bike is well built and comes almost ready to ride. Paint work is fabulous being metallic blue/purple depending how the light hits it.
Can thoroughly recommend this bike.

Great quality bike and really well packaged, had an issue with the bike which was quickly handled by Cici within 48 hours.

I bought a f20 mate hs and I am very satisfayed with the performance. Only the cable extension for the lamp was wrong and not fitting. To receive the right one is extremely time consuming. Also to use it regularly a 2nd battery is needed due to rather long charging time.
Basically a good Ebike for a reasonable price.

Farfrees F20 Max great bike and lovely to ride. Long lasting Akku. Sturdy built,was easy to assemble. Quick delivery of bike, assecoires took two weeks to arrive. All in all defenetily recomend getting one.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Once they sell you a bike, Goodluck in any help or support...or REFUND! my bike is sent back and no refund...they keep ignoring my emails and now i have to go thru my bank to recover my funds! STAY AWAY!

My Fafrees bicycle developed a clicking noise after 500 miles. It turned out to be the bottom crank bearing. From start to finish I dealt with Cici who was most helpful and they trusted my everyword and sents the parts to repair it. I love the bike and would recomend it to friends and family.
