Trustworthy site. I’ve sent money to a family friend in Cuba several times now and each time, the service has been fairly quick and without any issues. Thank you so much for still including Cuba.

I do agree 100% that your services or business are trustworthy and in some occasions your delivery service is fast and sometimes is very slow, in other words is not consistent. I strongly believe that there is not too many business like this one, in other words you don't have competition and we the customers don't have a choice, therefore I feel that, that's the reason why your fees and exchange rates are higher than other businesses that don't take money to Cuba.

For this being my first ever, I did not have a great experience. This money was to be delivered to Pilon, but the recipient had to go to Bayamo This should have been mentioned while placing my order. Money was received and delivery went very well. Delivery man was very responsive and nice.
Recipient was the one that was told that this was happening...not me

I have had a very good experience with this company I had a problem with verifying the 🆔🪪 section but when the help department told me how to fix it by using a different search engine it was easy and the transfer went very well. I am not very tech savvy so it took me a while to figure it out but I did and now I wouldn't use a different company, I am very satisfied ,the custom service was very patient with my frustrating attempt to do it right 👍

that you get money to my partner in Cuba which is simply all I want to do .Every time I have a difficulty Fonmoney has supported me .
And If you could and as I am 81 years old I would prefer that you hold all my details that I use to confirm a payment as I find putting in all the same details longwinded and tedious and as I constantly make small mistakes then have start over again .however as I said thank you again for all your help and support

Once I understood the process, it was easy. Now I just need to wait and see if the recepient can get the funds.

Funds are delivered, in cash USD, to a Cuban home. The fee is very reasonable while the time-frame is acceptable.

Two minor issues. Firstly, their marketing messages are not clear but give the impression that your transfer has not been made correctly. Secondly, when you then use the contact facility to find out what is wrong in order to correct the problem, you will not get a same-day reply.

They have proved to be trustworthy. It takes time to make things happen in Cuba, but they ALWAYS deliver.

Its been 12 hours and the money is not received by the receipent and the money is already deducted from bank account, i made transfer to afghanistan, under Elve name please reach me out as soon as possible now the website is also not working i am completely lost

Having promised to deliver to my wife after giving them her address Fonmoney is now trying to caveat their failure.
Treating customers like children is very, very irritating but typical of banks in general and certain European nationals in particular.
Be very cautious about promises of transfers in cash to Cuba
Now Fonmoney are trying to say that my wife is at fault this despite the CLEAR advertising promise that they're going to deliver to the recipient's home address.
Fonmoney seem to believe that they have no need to perform to their promises and my wife's expectations are unreasonable.
What a bullying organisation

With fonmoney now i can send money to a family in person us dollars at home. Its now possible to buy food to be Alive. Its very hard situation in cuba for poor peoples. Thank you Fonmoney you makes miracles.

Hi. Well. I was reading here that in the most of cases in Cuba at least 3 days receive the money. In my case tomorrow will be the 5 day and nothing about the money sent from a Little big help from germany. Almost a Human help about the Cuba horror crisis that we Living. For the last few months we have been trying to help our

Well .
On one occasion I had entered a wrong number of a card.
Due to the lack of internet in Cuba I was not able to
Confirm if our friends received the funds.
When verifying my account of Fonmoney realized the
Funds we still being processed.
That same day I received an email from Alex, customer service support , asking to verify the card number.
I had entered an incorrect number. I advised Alex who
Indicated he would lookin to this matter.
The next day I received an email from David advising
That the funds were being processed and would be available to our friends .
That same day the funds were transferred.
Our friends received was now able to purchase food
For families and their children .
Thank you so much for correcting my error and to do it
In such a short time.

I have just received a message telling me that my transfer was not complete. It did not tell me specifically what i had not done this time that i did last time, just to follow the link which i did which led me back to do exactly what i'd done a couple of hours ago. It was more important to me to ensure the money was transferred so i complied without fully understanding what, if any, the problem was.

I hope it is a safe and efficient way to help people in need.
