Shipping and delivery took too long. Finally the package arrived, very well packed and with the plant perfectly protected. However, the plant they sent me does not correspond to the one I bought, the one I selected in the store; It's a completely different one. Very disappointed with this.

We’d like to clarify a few points regarding your order. Due to daytime temperatures dropping to –5 °C in Germany, we had to postpone shipping by one week to protect the plants. Unfortunately, DHL then took much longer than usual for delivery, which is sadly beyond our control.
We carefully checked the plants before shipping, and the plant you received is the one that was purchased. Please note that plants naturally change and grow over time, and product photos are not always taken on the same day.
That said, we’re very sorry that you’re disappointed. Please feel free to email us directly so we can discuss this and find a suitable solution together.
