I think your stores are fantastic, in all honesty some are better than others especially the small store in West Street is absolutely marvellous for it size and the staff are absolutely lovely and Jackie always encourages me to buy things I hadn't gone for into the store. 😂 As the Christmas merchandise is out at present, the Baltus candles that I've been using all year were not available and as I have them burning from morning to night, I go through a lot, (as one of the last of the smokers). They keep the air fresh with their lovely scents! Thank you, I was so happy, when I discovered that I could buy them online. ❤️

Outstanding customer service experience. I shop regularly with EuroGiant. They package everything to perfection and always pop in a treat.Lovely touch. Recently I had a package which was due for delivery. Days passed and no sign. I contacted the great customer service team to query and they investigated it. To discover it had been delivered but unfortunately for me had been stolen from our door. I am so grateful they investigated the matter for me so promptly. An outstanding Custmer service team .
