Good delivery time. Well packaged and ready to use?

Always amazing with communication. Delivered on the date it was meant to be delivered and the most comfortable clothes i have ever owned! Obsessed and will keep supporting this business for sure.

Since 10 September i buy a lamp with Bestel ID 4537430 never receive email about my order of update .I send to this company many times a email but never receave a feedback.Now i want my money back.Very badly company not trustful they just take the money and never contact me about my order.

All was was planned. Nothing to complain about.

Good products, good service.

The main problem is the webshop mechanism that calculates the wrong shipping price and thus misleads the customer. I received an invoice via PayPal for three products + "shipping and handling of 33,53 €" and paid for it expecting delivery. After a few days I get a message that I have to pay another €67 to a total of €100.59 without any explanation of how and why. After my complaint and inquiry, I get a rude answer that I have to pay 3x shipping for those three items because they are separate 3 packages. I ask if I can then get the money back, but I just get the answer that the packages will be sent when I pay the difference. It's like I'm talking to a robot. So I paid the additional cost for 3 boxes. In the end, 2 packages arrive, not 3 (which would mean that the price should be around €60, not €100), and they manage to send them incorrectly, to the address of the payer, and not to the clearly indicated shipping address. This extends the delivery for the next three days. Although they have a good selection of products and competitive prices, the overall impression is very unprofessional and rude.

I received two items from your shop and one above, the glass ball of the lamp was already cracked and as I pulled it out of the box, it fell and the glass ball broke! I'm very disappointed about the way you packed the item. It was moving around in the box and rattling. I was afraid already when I heard the sound of rattling. I wonder if you would refund the amount I paid or replace a new one and send it but, well packed. I can send you back the broken lamp though will you pay the postage for returning the item?

All very good except unable to get through on the telephone! I was concerned about a scam and needed to speak to someone! I emailed and you were very efficient and quick to reply! BUT some people are older and unable to use the internet

To all potential buyers of the ETC SHOP sales site,
I want to express my indignation and my great dissatisfaction with this ETC Shop seller from whom I bought on April 29, 2022 via the ManoMano site a garden lamppost order M220444398995 for an amount of € 178.95. ETC Shop had a damaged product delivered to me (cardboard torn in several places) and undertook to send me back the damaged part, namely a plastic cap from one of the 3 columns of the lamp post and undertook to compensation to reimburse me a sum of 15€ for the damage suffered. I exchanged 7 times with ETC Shop for the planned shipment of the defective part and this seller ended up deciding at the end of May to proceed with the return and exchange of this floor lamp which I had to repack and deposit in a relay point at my expense! I was able to dispose of this new shipment without damage this time and in conclusion of the good reception around May 15, i.e. 6 weeks after placing the order, let me know that he considered to have solved the problem and no longer owe me anything. as damages (15€). I want to say that this seller is very dishonest and has no respect for the damage caused to these customers or for the formal compensation commitment he had made on his refund! I would like to draw the attention of potential buyers of ETC Shop to the lamentable morality of this net seller and I also want to question the ManoMano site on which I made this purchase on the inefficiency of its customer service which does not finally got nothing on his side from his seller whom he represents, despite a dozen exchanges (telephone and email) with his assistants who assured me not to worry and to force the ETC Shop seller to respect his commitments. I make it a matter of principle for this non-respect of the commitments made and the damage suffered and I judge this seller ETC Shop (Germany) Dishonest and disrespectful of its customers and unable to assume its responsibilities. I allow myself a period of one month after this comment and following the reaction of ETC Shop to publish this comment and this opinion on social networks!

An all taken care of shopping experience with helpful information from start till end .Thank you ETC shop for my wonderful pair of pendants coming all the way to Malta.
