It’s the best wallet ever

Ordered two wallets, shortly after saw the bags so ordered three as gifts. To date received nothing from them. They don't respond to emails, but they send a ridiculous amount of ad emails to you so get ready to delete several a day.
After looking at other reviews on here I have noticed a trend, I don't need to send you the info for the 5th time, you have my order numbers via several emails and included in my whatsapp messages as well as the 3
-5 chat bot conversations. Always promising a fast response, hate to see what a slow response would be.

It’s a scam, I bought the wallet and wasn’t happy with it but I’ve been completely ignored and can’t do the return portal. Scammed!!!! Emailed them twice and no reply

Very poor experience with this company - bought 2 of their bags - advertised as both coming with a security clip. On arrival, only one clip. Asked for the second to be sent - even with a screenshot of their website, they try to make out that it is my misinterpretation of their offer, not their mistake. On asking for return details, they tell me that I will have to pay the shipping costs - despite the return arising from their mis-supply of items. Complaint on its way to Trading Standards as well. AVOID!

Very disappointing experience.

I received a defective product and have contacted the company three times to request a warranty replacement. Unfortunately, I have not received a response to any of my emails.

What is most frustrating is not only receiving a defective product, but the complete lack of customer service. When you purchase a product, you expect the company to stand behind its warranty and respond when there is a problem.

I still hope the company will contact me and resolve this issue, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend them.

Very satisfied with my buy! The wallets are of high quality and exactly as they are described. I believe that they are the best as I compared the alternatives which were matching up Essential Bag's quality. Also the support was very helpful with an issue I had and very willing to satisfy my needs. Strongly recommend it!!

It's still only one star as they have not done anything about my issue not sent my wallet after 5 weeks now only sent two standard messages and nothing else. Do not buy from them I am convinced they are scammers and I am having to get my order and no mention by them of refund so reluctantly it's the legal route. Over three weeks they asked for order number and email which I sent them and the latest response from them was......to ask for order number and email again you couldn't make this up!!!! So legal route it has to be which will cost them a hell of a lot more than one wallet.

Attn Essential Bag. I have sent all of the information you have asked for twice already sent to your support team that requested this in German (not English even though you would know I am English from the order) via email reply on both occasions. As you support team who did not reply or take any action has forced me to Firstly to buy another wallet elsewhere which arrives tomorrow which is three days something you could learn from.

Scam! They send me wrong wallet, promissed to refund and to send me correct wallet... but that never happened. They ignore my emails.

Entered my address on their site to see the shipping charges. After that they've started spamming me daily. I've never signed up for their email lists. AVOID!

I wish I would have read the comments bevor I have placed my order. The package is not delivered, I cannot take my money back and the customer support is not even responding! No calls, no e-mails, no live-chat...I strongly recommend not to buy from this online shop!
I bought a wallet as a gift with a personal gravure on the 21th of may and I paid for the wallet. The package was supposed to be delivered on the 28th of may in a packstation. Unfortunately the compartment was empty. OK, mixed-ups can happen, the package was sent back on the 8th of June to the sender. I am trying to contact the customer service the whole time. After a few days I get a response e-mail, that the money cannot be refunded, because the wallet was personalized, but they would try to send the package for the second time. I change the sending address, so that you will not have another mixed-up with the packstation. On the 15th of June the support wrote me back, that the wallet should be sent back shortly and I would be informed. Today it is the 14th of July and I have heard nothing... No wallet, no money.... And I get no response from customer service anymore.
And please spare me the copy paste response with the e-mail at support.. It doesn't work!! I would never trust any online shop, unless is one of the big ones.... And I would start legal procedures to take at least my money back!

Exactly as described, dispatched quickly, arrived fast, very easy to setup in Android, So far so good 👍 no issues. Would recommend, good value for money.

On June 19th I ordered a wallet with the 1+1 promotion which was supposed to arrive in 2-3 business days. At the end of June I contacted them by email to inform them that I had not received anything and to check because the tracking number showed that the order was in France and not in Germany as it should have been. A few days later I received an email saying that I had made the wrong country of origin when I placed the order, although this is not true. I asked for a refund at the beginning of July and I still haven't received my money back today. A few days ago my husband called the French post office to check with the tracking number and they found the package that was to be returned to the company. Although they were given the address again with the country of origin, they still sent the order back to France.This is unacceptable, a company should be closed because something is not right here. They have no customer service, they are a fake company that illegally takes people's money by misleading them with fake products.

Quality, variance and functionality. As expected with German quality. Awesome.

When we received our order one of the two wallets was the wrong color and there also was no inscription. Tried to reach them in different ways but they simply don't respond. Their Whatsapp support seems to be AI and just gives an e-mail.

The product seems ok but the quality of the "Vegan" Leather (plastic?) is very thin. The price is a bit high for what you get.

I ordered 2 wallets with inscription, but when they arrived there was no inscription to be found. I mailed to them both on their main e-mail and via support. Have still not received a reply after more than a week.

Delivery as promised and high quality products for a good price! I am very happy with the choice i made!
