I like the side profile of the wallet. Looks cool. I was concerned on the inner compartments if it was going to close if I'll put extra cards and cash, I was not disappointed

I honestly like the slide function the sound is satisfying. That aside, I like the quality of the wallet. The packaging could be better though. I also bought their tracking card, I like the packaging. Tracking card easily connects to my phone using Find My.

i like how the wallet isn't bulky, just right size. not taking too much space in my pocket. Design is so cool!

Seemed ok for a few month's, then interior note section fell apart 🫣, I contacted forge as 'under warranty ' they agreed to replace the wallet , HOWEVER, I was to pay about £10 to have it shipped! Never have i ever incurred a shipping charge for a warranty item! So, didn't bother and went back to my old wallet.

It's my gift for my father. I bought both their walet and tracking card. I like the quality of the wallet and the design of the tracking card, looks sleek. I got it just on time, I was worried it will not arrived on time for fathers day.

I only used their wallets for few days. I actually like the card and cash compartment. I can easily slide and pay with my card whenever I am out.

I wish their coin pocket had more space. I tried to put 10 coins as advertised, it does fit but I am worried it might broke the zipper. On side note, their customer service is good, I asked them if I could change my address because I am going to travel and I worry I might not be able to received and they were able to change it for me.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE!

giving their products 5 stars, I already have forge wallet a year ago, then I saw they released tracking card so I tried to bought it. I like how the tracking card can easily fit in the wallet like my usual cards so it's perfect. I typically forgot my things behind so this is really helpful. As for the wallet, it's still good as new, I hope they can modify their compartment for cash though cause my concern everytime i put out my cash is that part might broke because it's made of plastic

I bought wallets because of their bogo offer, i was worried at first that i might not received the otter wallet but thankfully two wallets arrived. SO far, the wallet is fine, aside the offer i bought it coz i like the design because i can put coins and cash too. it's just right size, not too small not too big which is perfect.

the wallets are fine, i really like the slider feature. i hope the delivery could be faster, i am seeing the reviews about not getting the other wallet so i am concerned. I asked the support and they were responsive and answered all my question. That helps me reduced my worry, thankfully after two weeks I received the wallets

I bought forge wallet and their tracking card 3 months ago, however the flimsy plastic on Forge Leather Wallet where we can put cash broke. I tried to contact their support on email and the team was responsive. They were very nice and they send me a replacement.

My wallet was defective and all my cards will slip out without pressing down to release the cards so in total I ended up loosing two cards and had to replace them because if the wallet is upside down the cards will slide right out of the wallet and I explained this to them and they told me to pay for shipping and they also asked for video and I sent it and I showed proof that all my cards will just slip out if upside down and they still said I have to pay for shipping. This isn't business it's a scam

Ordering something should not take 2/2,5 weeks to be delivered these days, return policy is non existing, as well as costumer service, that is also non existing.
Tried 4 times te contact them t return the wallets, they just ignore you.
Would not buy another even if they were the last ones on earth, i give one star because no Stars is not an option unfortunately

Dont waste your money on these cheap tacky wallets that are advertised as leather they're some sort of cheap PVC snd they've got the cheek to charge £35 for thus cheap nonsense

Absolutely horrible service. They have failed the shipment, my order returned to China then, they want from me additional money to cover their failed shipment. Also they sent me multiple automated emails saying that I haven't provided my data correctly, but the order is impossible to make if I don't provide my address. Even though I send them again they asked third time the same thing. After that I demanded a refund and they said that the product is ready for reshipment and absolutely ignored it.

It's a scam, buy 1 get 1 free... the free one mysteriously disappeared of my order.

I bought this wallet about four months ago, and despite using it very little, it has already started falling apart.

The coin pocket tore, the plastic money clip broke, and the corners of the wallet started coming unglued. This is simply unacceptable for a product that is supposed to be durable and used on a daily basis.

After a lot of back and forth, they eventually sent me a replacement, but I still had to pay the shipping costs myself.

Overall, I am very disappointed with the quality. In my opinion, this feels like a cheap, low-quality Chinese product that is heavily overpriced for what it actually is.

I would not recommend this wallet.

This is my first line of response and necessary measures towards the company. They have been bullshiting me about 2 weeks now.
Due to huge delays I had asked for the cancelation and return of my money and they keep on repeating the same ridiculous answer. Don't buy from them, you will be waiting for the order for at least a month and then if the product is not good for you, they will try to make it almost impossible for you to return.
