I have not used any vouchers, cards or codes . However my payment from the bank clearly shows my payment went to Guthaben so I am unsure how that detail shows and has been used

If you ordered a shed on an external website (like "Bystelle") and the seller asked you to pay using digital gift cards, you were targeted by an online scam. Gift cards are digital vouchers intended solely for personal use or redemption on official brand websites—they are never a legitimate method of payment for buying physical products from online sellers or third-party websites.
Guthaben.de did not collect payment for a shed, nor do we have any connection to the website you purchased from. If you bought gift card codes on our site, those digital codes were delivered to the purchaser. Scammers frequently trick buyers into paying for goods using gift cards because once the codes are shared, the funds are instantly redeemed and stolen.
We strongly recommend that you report this fraudulent website to your bank and local law enforcement immediately. Please also ensure you never use digital gift cards as a payment method for online shopping on third-party sites in the future. Guthaben.de
