I'm very unhappy with the service. We had to make an emergency driver change and they charged us £180. They simply claimed it was company and insurance policy. The driver name change cost us more than the car rental itself. A disgrace!

Stay away! I rented the car with a friend, with him as the main driver. Then he had to fly back earlier because his family member passed away. They charged us 182 £ for changing the driver for just 3 days! It was more than the rental costed us for the whole week. A complete rip off! Ruthlessly taking the advantage of the sad situation

Everything was perfect!

The customer service at Larnaca Airport from to start to finish was amazing. From the gentleman who did the pick up/drop off to the ladies behind the counter, they were genuinely happy to help despite the late hours and always had a smile on their faces! I felt the price was competitive to other car hire companies in the area too and the process was pretty easy. I would definitely be using them again.

Collecting/returning a hire car can be stressful at times. The staff at Edinburgh were excellent - they put us at ease and explained everything clearly.

The pick up driver was personable and was actually there for us at the pick up point and the off airport location is pretty close anyway. We paid a small upgrade fee after negotiating and got a much better car which was almost new and very good. Quick turnaround getting us back to gatwick north.

Green Motion is a franchise operation, this review is about ther Manchester Airport operation. the office is a shambles, the staff dont care and when there was a problem with my POA, their answer was "tough" we cant give you a car. I had already paid through Zest, they were not intested, not prepared to help, or issue a refund. I went next door and hired from a different company without a problem, I suggest you go somewhere else if you are looking for a car at Manchester airport, there are many better options.

I've rented a compact premium SUV from Green Motion in Zagreb. Everything went very well. It took only several minutes to finish all the docs on site and around 15 minutes more to get the car fresh and clean right from the car wash. The car was in great condition (almost new). The car return also went fast and smooth, and prepaid car wash upon return was a great option. Definitely can recommend!

It took ages to unblock the credit card reservation. Way longer than in other rental companies.
