One package missing

I should pick up two packages only one was in the drop off shop despite being on the app
They searched long and hard but did not find!!
I am missing a delivery
Update despite GLS sending me a ready to pickup message they took the one parcel back and returned to sender so I only received the one parcel. It was a tool I needed on a project which is now delayed whilst I reorder

Second delivery this week from GLS that…

Second delivery this week from GLS that they apparently don't bother with trying to home-deliver but just go straight to "PakkeShoppen" with the packages.
Which in my book counts as scamming, especially if you have paid for custom delivery.
And yes, there were numerous people present all day at the delivery address.
