An agreement for contactless delivery was signed, but the package still wasn't delivered and was taken to the pickup point. What's the point of creating a system if it doesn't work?

The pakketshop was in a supermarket
The pakketshop was in a supermarket, but the delivery times were shorter than its open times, and this was not mentioned or announced (clearly beforehand) so I had to come back at times that were inconvenient .
