One package missing

I should pick up two packages only one was in the drop off shop despite being on the app
They searched long and hard but did not find!!
I am missing a delivery
Update despite GLS sending me a ready to pickup message they took the one parcel back and returned to sender so I only received the one parcel. It was a tool I needed on a project which is now delayed whilst I reorder
