10/10 - will use again! Obviously the products are wonderful and what attracted me to the company, however it's the customer service that I wanted to praise. The courier lost my items and as soon as I contacted pott'd they dispatched new ones the very same day and kept me informed of all updates. Well worth the wait.

Great little buissnes perfect for rift ideas and crafting with kid that certainly gets missed these days .perfect delivery cute products we are grown ups but really enjoyed the father's day bundle they had will definitely be ordering again highly recommend 👌

The bundles that I specifically were looking for were out of stock. I was told in May that they would be back in stock around the 2nd week of June, when they weren’t I emailed and someone called Rona was very very helpful and managed to get together what I needed, the day after it all arrived. It’s perfect for the event I am organised and we are so excited to use them! Great customer service and great looking products!

We absolutely loved the Pott’d Paint a Travel Mug Kit! It was such a fun and relaxing activity, and everything you need is included in the box. The instructions were easy to follow, making it perfect for beginners, and the quality of the mug is amazing. I loved being able to create something unique that I can actually use every day. Such a great gift idea or weekend activity for anyone who loves getting creative!

Honestly the best customer service I’ve ever had. I ordered an extra set of travel mugs by mistake (I didn’t realise there were two in a set already) and asked for a refund and I have been given a refund AND told to keep the additional set. I don’t need them now but I’m sure they’ll make a lovely present for someone in the newer future! Thanks so much for your kindness!

I absolutely love this product! I had a great experience from start to finish. Shipping was quick. The travel mugs, paints, accessories, and information pamphlets looked and felt of high quality. We kept thinking they would make great gifts for teachers and grandparents. I painted the travel mugs with my husband and toddler on a Saturday morning and it took about 2 hours. You can wash the paint away before curing it in the oven if you don’t like the design. Really fun family activity!

It was so much fun painting the mugs with a glass of wine and my best friend. It’s so easy, and the quality is simply amazing.

Lovely product, prompt delivery. Realised on delivery that I'd ordered two sets of two mugs by mistake (I only wanted two mugs), completely my error, I contacted them to request a refund and return, they have refunded and let me keep the additional set to gift or use .. so incredibly generous and kind as it was absolutely my own silly mistake!

Had an issue when ordering in their site, and accidentally left the wrong address. Fortunately my experience in dealing with their customer support was great and they were able to send another parcel to my correct address, even after having a problem dealing with evri.

The set for self-toning is great. It is suitable for beginners and also for people who tone regularly, so it is worth it whether regularly or once. It's fun, and it's possible alone, with children, or with a group of friends. The set contained enough tone and color, and also tools to work the tone. The customer service is also very friendly.

I think they have great customer service as the delivery company lost my order, but Pott’d swiftly replaced it
