Have seen better quality painting by number charts. Box poor quality and damaged in transit. Lucky nothing was lost

Good job I didnt need it as a gift because it took a very long time to be delivered. However I was able to track it but that didnt help the delivery time.

Good product for the money. Shipping did take a while, but I wasn’t in any rush for delivery. The colours in the artwork are lovely, and the artwork itself is fun, colourful and great value for money. For the price, I wasn’t expecting it to come with a frame, and frames are easy and inexpensive enough to source separately.

My only issue is with the paint pots. They are small, which isn’t a problem, but the ridges around the pots make them quite difficult and uncomfortable to open. As I have arthritis in my knuckles, I find gripping the small pots and removing the lids quite painful.

Am still waiting for my parcel- it says it’s been delivered but there is no sign of the parcel! Waiting to see if I will get my money back! Won’t be ordering from this company again I’m afraid!

Poorly packaged item, canvas arrived damaged as plastic tube in a padded envelope (not rigid) is not sufficient to protect a canvas. So canvas all creased and unusable, waiting for a response from customer service for either a refund or replacement as what I have will have to go in the rubbish.

The kit took a long time to arrive.
I have a pot of 0074 which should be 1084.
Other than that I am looking forward to getting started

I have ordered twice now from DIY Artclub. Loved the canvases and the paint is good quality however the delivery time is way too long. On each order I have received notification saying my order has been delayed. I think a month delivery time is not good enough!

I have not received a paint set with my order, therefore the set is of no use to me.
Please either send me a set of paints or refund my payment.
Thank you.
I must add that I have received a fast response from the company and they are providing the paint set.

Shipping took more than two weeks to arrive. Paints didnt always cover up numbers and almost ran out of some of the colors.

Has taken 10 days to arrive so far - have still not received it so longer than the given time now. Cannot say anything about the product as of yet but will update once it finally arrived

I received the wrong paint set with the canvases I ordered - the paints were for a completely different painting. When I tried reaching out to customer service, I received no response back from a direct email, then a message sent through their website. I FINALLY received a response back, a week later, after I replied to a mass email that was sent to everyone, and left a comment on a Facebook post. Once customer service finally got involved, I received the correct paints a few weeks later. Not sure the amount of paint will suffice, but we'll see.

The description of framed and unframed was not made clear when ordering. It was not made clear that you were ordering a frame for the canvas and not the finished product. And only half my order has arrived. Very disappointed that I cannot start my project until the rest of my order is fulfilled. Unable to comment on quality until I can begin painting!

I never do these reviews but this time, I feel like I should.
I ordered 4 and they were supposed to be framed and were not. The colors are very muted and do not look like the colors in the picture. Also, by the time they reached me all 4 boxes looked like they had been run over by a truck. Maybe packing them in a box rather than a bag would have helped.

The packaging is too flimsy and the kit arrived with one side of the frame broken right through, and a resulting tear in the canvas. Just arrived, so I'm going to email them to request a replacement and I'll reconsider my review depending on how they deal with this. The actual kit looked nice, but what we have is currently unusable.

Took ages to come (2 weeks) and was very underwhelming. Mini set of 4 came (me and friends were going to do it) and there’s not even 4 sets of brushes so plan ruined.

Poor delivery times. Ships from China - Why is there not a European hub? Item delayed, and although I was informed there was no explanation as to why. Pretty poor customer service. The ads and web site do not represent the experience. The paint brushes are of the poorest quality. Overall - disappointed!

Very disappointed with very misleading description of product. I ordered and paid for a FRAMED picture. What I received was a rolled up canvas and pieces of wood and thumbtack to create a framed picture. Also a little Ziploc bag of paints that I have to put the numbers on. Waste of money.

I ordered these on a whim and am very happy so far. They came sooner than expected and the company was very responsive in keeping me informed. I'm excited to complete both of my projects and imagine they'll look great! I will say I'm disappointed they didn't come with frames and that the actual country that produces these is not in the US. I feel like that's misrepresented but certainly not unusual.

I am thrilled with my 3 painting kits .
They arrived rolled together in a tube which is the best way to handle an unpainted canvas .
Very pleased with the size and colours .
I have plenty of my own paint brushes so the lack of larger paint brushes not an issue.
Would definitely recommend.
I wasn't concerned about the delivery taking over a week .
Quality is very good canvas and plenty of paint pots .
