Alpine Sunset

Oceanview painting
Bought 'Oceanview' shipped from workshop, which is based in China. Recommend getting the Shop app so you can keep updated on progress of delivery. Mine took 13 days to arrive after travelling through China before getting on a plane, landing at London and ending up in the National Parcel Hub (Coventry).
Disappointed with the painting 'Oceanview', chosen to complement my blue home office but this comes out very grey instead of blue. Might overpaint the internal grey wall of the beach hut with a blue when I see the overall result once painting completed.

Complete scam. They purport to be a company based in UK but when you place an order you get an expected delivery date weeks in advance and I note my order is being processed and dispatched from China. Expect a long wait for delivery

Brilliant gifts

I ordered a custom Paint by numbers took around 8 days, not bad . but then emailed them above extra paint as my painting is not on list and never got a reply. I was going to order another painting but if you can't get right paint for your painting then it's not worth it.will probably try another company.

Delivery so very slow, tracking worst than useless, ships from abroad.
Re your response, your ordering and shipping information is not clear in fact I would say it’s misleading and tracking is no help.

AVOID THIS COMPANY, LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!
I bought 2 custom paint by numbers kits, 1 supposed to have been 120x80cm costing £79.12, ordered on 29/05. It arrived over 2 months later and it was absolutely terrible, 10cm of blank white space on either side which isn't in the image, colours are wrong and large text just missed. There were issues from the start of ordering this, received an email confirming delivery but only to find out later it hadn't even been printed. They offered a 10% refund, I asked for a discount voucher instead.
The other kit was £52.43 with the canvas frame, the frames are TERRIBLE and there is no way to tighten it. I spent over 2 weeks working on it, only to find the colours are totally off.
I've emailed and keep on receiving apologies but they do nothing. I haven't received a response in almost a week. I am at a loss of what else I can do at this point, other than contacting my bank for a full refund. This is the worst company I've ever had to deal with. Waste of £131.55 and an absolute waste of my time, from working on a totally wrong kit and wasting my time emailing them. This has been going on for almost 3 months.

Sick of doom scrolling?
I bought this because I am sick of my phone. I just sent my favourite picture of my dog, long since departed.
You get the canvas, paint and brushes, but I recommend ordering the frame at the same time. I also ordered the little table easel.
Prepare to become addicted, in a good way. I paint a few numbers every day, it’s so relaxing and I am dreading finishing it, because I know I’m going to have to get another and I have no idea where I’m going to put them all.
Delivery was prompt and I recommend this company.

Dried Out Paint
I've been doing paint-by-numbers from many different companies for years now and never had any issues. This time I got a kit from this company and the paint was dried out. I e-mailed customer service and this very kind person helped me out. Apparently, the set was older and the paint numbering system had changed. All I needed was new paint, but because the numbers didn't match I ended up needing a whole new kit. The set was shipped from China and took a really long time. It said it had shipped when it hadn't actually shipped and then in Canada they said that they couldn't find my address even though the shipping label was very clearly typed. I did finally get my new set and all was in good order.

I have had a problem with the customer service and the delivery the first time I ordered, but because I loved the products, I ordered second time. This time was spotless. I would like to believe that the first time was just a glitch! I own now nine products, both pay by numbers and diamonds, half of them are already done and they all are great. Custom paint by numbers
I lost both of my dogs within two years and I was looking for a lovely way to remember them both. I found Figured'Art on Facebook and their custom paint by numbers. Not only does it look great and it's a nice keepsake, it helped me through the last couple of months , since losing my best friend. I am so grateful to them for providing this comfort during a sad time.
