I’m very impressed with this store. I placed a huge order ( 70 skeins of yarn) in the evening and it had been sent the next morning before 9 am. It’s been very nicely packaged and organized by colors and brand. The delivery was good as well. And the prices are great as well. I have the best experience and will be definitely ordering again from Garnius.

I ordered some yarn on the 3rd of January (6 days ago) and they still haven’t sent it. I wrote an email to ask about the shipment but they didn’t reply. Based on the reviews here, I’m probably gonna wait a bit longer……

I’ve been always ordering from Garnius only because of huge choice of Drops yarn and good prices, but the delivery time is a huge joke… It was always taking one week to come so when I saw an option to pay 20 dkk and be in the priority line I was super happy that they finally did something with it. Guess what? I paid those 20 dkk and my package still hasn’t been even sent after 4 days… So how long does it take now to receive a package for people who don’t pay extra? Why are you offering something that doesn’t work? :(

Very horrible and inflexible return policies and overpromising the service they can not deliver.
Customers have to bear with the cost for not “reading through their entire website” and not “stating the right email subject line” and it’s customers fault that they can’t process it within the hours they promised.
Recommend you to buy here if you want a horrible experience 😊

I hav ordered few times and never had problems, even during pandemi time. Yarn is wonderful, prices are sensible, communication by e-mail was professional. Nice surprised for simple and minimized packaging - no unnecessary embalage, lables, letters etc. 5 stars.

Very satisfied with my order from garnius. I’ve ordered drops yarn to knit a jumper and 4 days later my packet was ready to be collected.
It was the first time I’ve ordered from them but it’s definitely not the last :-)

The parcel arrived fast: I ordered on a Sunday and it was ready for pick up on Wednesday. However it arrived in a different shop than the one I chose, which was not an issue but a bit strange. The yarn was placed directly in the cardboard box, without any protection, so I cut through one of the balls when opening the box, although I was pretty careful. So beware of the packaging.

I had a very god expirience with Both yarn and delivery.
Looking forward to start a cardigan for ny husband.

The yarns are at really good prices. The delivery time was shorter than I expected after realising the yarn is shipped from Norway. It took six days for them to arrive Copenhagen. I'm satisfied and will order again.
