To get the money from the bank and they send me the code the card and it was fake

I always buy from gameseal , they have the cheapest prices and all keys are genuine.

I bought the following game: "Darkest Dungeon: Ancestral Edition (PC) Steam Key - LATIN AMERICA".

The processing of buying was fast. The problem occured after they sent me the code of the base game and the dlc's. When I tried to activate the code on steam appeared a error that the code couldn't be activated on my country. However, on the Gameseal page they sell the game for Latin America and that the game could be activated on my country Brazil. I contacted their support immediately after the error, they asked me some screenshots that I already sent them. After that they asked me for one more screenshot of my region account of steam and I sent them. After this last screenshot that i sent, which already has one day, they didn't respond me anymore.

To be clear, they can take the code back and sell again, because it probably works in another country. I couldn't activate, so It's still working, just not for my country. What I asked from them was a working code for the base game and dlc's as I bought.

Got my key didn't know they were based in europe so there is a foreign transaction fee other thant that pretty good

I bought a game key and a mystery key. Unfortunately, the mystery key didn’t work. The support process has also been unnecessarily complicated, as I’ve been asked multiple times to provide screenshots.

Overall, the experience feels very frustrating and, honestly, a little suspicious. I definitely won’t be buying keys from this website again.

I was very pleased with my purchase experience, getting the keys I ordered delivered to me promptly. However, I dislike the push for a subscription service to get lower prices and extras. All in all, a satisfying purchase at Gameseal.
