Very impressed with the competitive prices for Casio's New G-Shock range. Easy website to navigate. Easy transaction however, 5 Stars would have been given if shipping & delivery were quicker. I thought dispatch & delivery were rather slow. Received my order in excellent condition, very well packaged & I love my new watches. Highly recommended products & highly recommended seller.

BSTN confirmed in writing that they received my return, later confirmed it was waiting to be processed, then customer service contradicted their own emails and asked me to prove whether they received it. I provided their own confirmations, and now I am still waiting for my refund and they have stopped responding.

Every time I've ordered, I've been satisfied; I have no complaints about the clothing they offer or their unique products.

However, this time, I have to leave a negative review because the order is marked as delivered, but it wasn’t delivered to me. This may be a fixable error, but no one from BSTN has contacted me to provide a solution or help me understand what happened, since they haven’t even bothered to respond to me.

I would like them to help me and provide a solution.

Have basically stolen my money. I bought a top that I didn’t like and returned it and despite the fact that it has arrived at their German warehouse and I have proof of the fact it has been delivered there they seem to have lost it. Rather than refunding me, they are telling me that they are going to open an investigation which could take several weeks. That is not my problem the fact that they have lost it in the warehouse. Why should I have to suffer because of that? Really really poor company I would never buy anything again from these people terrible service. 

I placed an order with BSTN on August 12 for a pair of sneakers and a perfume. The perfume arrived, but there was no information whatsoever about the sneakers.

After several days without any delivery update, I contacted customer service myself, especially since I was about to leave for vacation.

Only then, on August 19, was I told that there had been a “stock error” and that the sneakers were actually no longer available.

Stock errors can happen — that’s understandable. What I find very disappointing is that BSTN apparently did not inform me about it. I only discovered that part of my order would never arrive because I contacted them myself.
