I got some jacket for my puppy and it was so perfect and he love it.

My experience with Woody Fashion has been frankly disappointing.

I purchased a piece of furniture from this brand through the Privalia app, and the delivery time was approximately one month. The wait was already quite long, but the real disappointment came after the product arrived.

When I finally received the furniture, I was genuinely surprised by the poor quality. The material appears to be low-grade particleboard or pressed cardboard, far from what one would reasonably expect. The price shown on the app was presented as discounted, but I can only imagine how frustrating it would be for someone paying full price for this level of quality.

To make matters worse, the top panel arrived damaged. I contacted Privalia to request assistance, but no effective solution was offered. I am now left with an already assembled piece of furniture in my home, damaged and with no practical way to replace or return it.

Unfortunately, I will not be purchasing from this brand again, nor will I use this platform for furniture in the future. An experience I cannot recommend.

Privalia no es fiable. Venden productos sin stock, retienen tu dinero durante semanas o meses y el servicio de atención al cliente no soluciona nada. Nunca escalan los problemas: prometen que alguien te llamará y nadie lo hace.
Finalmente cancelan el pedido sin avisar y devuelven el dinero como si fuera una devolución normal, sin disculpas. Te quedas sin producto y sin poder usar tu dinero durante mucho tiempo.
Hay plataformas low cost con mucho mejor servicio. No les importa la satisfacción del cliente.

Privalia is not reliable. They sell items that are out of stock, hold your money for weeks or months, and customer service does nothing to help. Issues are never escalated — they promise a call back that never happens.
Eventually, they cancel the order without notice and refund the money as if it were a normal return, without any apology. You’re left without the product and unable to use your money for a long time.
Many low-cost platforms offer far better service. Privalia clearly doesn’t care about customer satisfaction.

I’d like to note the wide selection and good quality of the clothing, as the fabrics feel durable and very comfortable to wear. It is rare to find a place that balances trendy styles with such excellent craftsmanship. I recommend this store to anyone looking to update their wardrobe.
