There was an issue with the local post office and I couldn't receive the original shipment---the company sent me a new one very quickly. Very nice and responsive customer service rep as well. Wish they ran the post office too!

I used their chat line to enquire about a product. 18/2/26 late AM. Person who responded knew little about the product and took a very long time to respond to my questions. Did not inspire any confidence to buy their products.

It's hit and miss if you're going to get products advertised. Also against NZ law to advertise products not in stock. If drop shipping this has to be made clear to the consumer. Bought and paid for olaplex shampoo and conditioner on 25 march. No communication from Beauty Bliss re courier, emailed 31st march to ask; paid for this order 6 days ago but haven't received any info or a tracking number yet? Can you please confirm when this order was shipped? They didn't have the advertised items in stock and thought they might get them 3/4/25. I explained if they weren't shipped to me by 3/4/25 to please refund. Beauty bliss emailed to say items not in stock 3/4/25, refund arrived back in my account 4/4/25.
