Non existing customer support. I have sent them several emails but haven’t received any response.
Bought a Franke sink which came broken because it was not properly packed. The original packaging parts that serve for protection were not included.

I bought a router 10 (TEN) days ago and these people have not sent it yet. I contacted them a few days ago and they apologized (apology this is easy to do ). I check today again what is happening with my order.
No signs of movement.
I think I ended up in a trap of a scammers and fake webseite. More then 220 Euro. Do not buy from this place, you will probably lose all your money.

I ordered a cordless drill, and everything went well.

it's a fake, pirate site. DO NOT order from it. ORDERS DO NOT COME AND ONLY PAY MONEY. they have nothing legal. I don't understand why google still allows it to activate.

They do not respect the delivery time, it s just a marketing trick

I ordered an industrial vacuum cleaner and accessories for it from Baumarkteu.de.
Despite the Baumarkteu site is in German language only and that I am not a German language speaker the registration, ordering and payment was pretty straightforward.
I ordered the goods on 13th September and received them in Bulgaria on 19th September.
Everything was well packed and in good order.

I’m very happy to be experienced with Baumarket. Fast service, great experience, will be back more and more

I'm very satisfied with this shop. Found an item at a great price and received it very fast.

The experience with the store is 5 star. Unfortunalely the product I ordered Metabo 600442000 SRE 3185 Rüttelschleifer 210 W is with low quality and does not meet my expectations. It comes without sandpaper drill template and the clips of the sandpaper are extremely uncomfortable to use. On top of that product is made in China

I purchased robotic mower from Baumarkteu to Estonia, because of remarkable price gain compared to my local reseller. Transaction was easy and flawless, delivery was quick with tracking available. EU company VAT number accepted. Only downside being no english webpage, had to rely on browser translation. (Also the product arrived with easter european localization meaning instructions only in PL, CZ, HU, GR, BG (i think) but no english. But that's flawed manufacturer policy probably, not Baumarkteu's, and I could of course download everything from manufacturer site.
