Talia and the Auzen team lead me through the whole process, answering all my questions and concerns. This then included an online fitting session. I am really impressed with the service I received and I would highly recommend Auzen to everyone that requires hearing aids.

Talia was so helpful, reassuring, understanding and gave me great confidence to get accustomed my new hearing aids.

I have to admit to being sceptical about buying hearing aids online, but the whole experience has been very good with Talia in particular extremely helpful in ensuring they were set up correctly. Also the money saved from a second party quotation for the same product has gone towards part paying for another cricket tour to Cape Town this back end!!!

I discovered Auzen when researching hearing aids after an eye-watering quote from Boots to replace my 5 year old pair. I would save £1000 but what would their service be like - solely online. I looked up Auzen online and read their history and looked at the reviews on this site which were uniformly positive in praising Talia, one of Auzen’s audiologists for the UK. I decided to investigate and in short was very impressed with and have ended up with buying my hearing aids from Auzen. Talia was terrific, very knowledgable and calm and efficient

Both Talia and Domenico are exceptionally nice people, totally expert in their field and extremely helpful.
I can highly recommend Auzen as a hearing aid supplier. The product I have - Signia - is equal, if not better, in quality to the Phonak brand I had before and half the price!
Having unlimited hearing appointments on line is much easier than travelling to the high street for an appointment that usually keeps you waiting! As a bonus, these people are a pleasure to work with.

Just had another really bad experience with this company. I had been recommended by a lady PC in Newcastle. However they failed originally to make contact even though they arranged time and when. After I made a bad trust pilot review they tried to contact me again by phone and emails. I ignored this as I was very suspicious of this company however Nathan contacted me and I again arranged a telephone call at 16.30 uk time he agreed and they failed to contact me again. They won’t get another chance with me. This is how they treat recommendation clients when we are looking to give them business. What will they be like if you have a problem.

You'll never go back to high street for your hearing aid again, once you have tried Auzen. Thier prices are a lot less on high street, literally saving you hundreds of pounds. Talia give undoubtedly the best customer services from start to finish. She is 100% focused on giving you the best advice and support. Thier online fitting services is excellent and so very easy to do. The after sale services is fantastic, they genuinely care, which i believe is very important. This is my second time of ordering hearing aids from Auzen and both times Talia has been outstanding. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend my family and friends to Auzen, which I have done.

My natural inclination buying hearing aids online was caution for a purchase of £2000+. Three weeks have gone by and my reservations have àlso gone by. Dealing remotely with Auzen's audiologist has been easy and stress-free, from an initial online session on my laptop resulting in a tweak providing sharper sound. A second face-to-face meeting through the laptop sorted out a few minor problems put down to user error! The audiologist was very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. Overall a positive experience offering a significant saving.

Great experience with Talia who guided me through the necessary steps to get the most out of the oticon zeal aids.

Talia has spoken to me a few times now and really helped me to get used to wearing the hearing aids from the start everything ran smoothly. She has also given me confidence that she will be there if ever I need to speak to her again.

Talia was extremely helpful. probably more important she was also very patient! I was naturally a little dubious about dealing with an expensive purchase like this online but everything has worked out very well. I have no hesitation in recommending Auzen in general and Talia in Particular.

I approached this firm with a certain amount of trepidation as it's on-line and not face-to-face. I am a professional pianist who makes a living from performing and teaching and my UK National Health Service-issued Oticon Optim BTE hearing aids are useless for playing music or playing the piano. They interpret higher notes on the piano as "feedback" and give a "phasing sensation" where the notes sound like a honky-tonk de-tuned piano. I also have very acute hearing with the gift of "perfect pitch" so hearing is far more important to me than just needing to hear the TV a bit louder.
Clearly something had to be done.
Internet research showed the Widex Moment 440 Smart RIC to be the most likely solution as these are generally preferred amongst musicians for their extremely low latency time (the time it takes from the sound being produced to when you hear it). My local high street audiology providers were quoting between £3700 and £5500 for a pair of Widex 440s. Auzen saved me £2700.
I needn't have worried about getting them set up for me as I could have them set up remotely by Talia, with me actually seated at the piano. The sound of the piano was back - after 5 years of anguish - not being able to hear it as it actually sounds. New tubes (I needed longer) were ordered and arrived quickly and the fit is perfect - even for a glasses-wearer like myself. Lots of spare stuff included in the initial package and after 3 remote sessions with Talia, I'm hopefully sorted until any new groundbreaking technology comes along, Talia has been fantastic and clearly fascinated by my very unique needs! Remote consultations are unlimited so all I have to do is email Talia at any point in the future and arrange another online consultation - all from the comfort of my own piano-stool. I thoroughly recommend Auzen and especially Talia for her professionalism and enthusiasm in getting my rather special needs perfectly sorted out.

Talia helped from initial contact all the way through the process until I received and was tutored on how to use the hearing aids.
In addition she save me a fortune as I was just about to order from a local supplier for double the price.
Also I appreicated doing everything online. My local provider would have required multiple follow up visits requireing car travel, parking headaches ets, whereas Tali did everything efficiently online saving me an awful lot of time.

The whole experience with Auzen had been amazing, since before buying the hearing aids until all sessions for fitting it, Talia my audiologist was with me on every step of the process, giving me advices, helping me choosing the right device for my hearing lost and them setting it up perfectly for my needs. Since my condition is genetic, I am already thinking of buying one for my Mom when I finish paying mines.
The quality of the device has no comparison with my previous one and the price is the best I found here in Spain where I leave and it took something like a week to have them.

Auzen offered all of the hearing aids I was interested in at the right price. The audiologist meetings were all online and there was no point at which this seemed like a disadvantage. My only reservation is due to their reliance on DHL to deliver the hearing aids in the first place. Service from DHL was apalling.

Obviously, I was concerned about dealing with a company I found on the internet.
Research was done via Trustpilot etc. which proved very positive, so I gave them a go.
I need not have worried as Auzen were an absolute dream to work with.
Talia Shapiro provided a 5-star service. Pleasant, efficient with a lovely personality.
Hearing aids arrived as scheduled and with online tests and excellent technical support from Talia are working perfectly.
