Great All Round Experience Shopping With Adexa

Great product, great prices, quick and efficient delivery service and customer services always on hand if there are any issues - we didn't need to contact them though, all went smoothly.
Commercial Refrigerated Counter 6 drawers looks great in it's new location.

Shelves are great just perfect for…

Shelves are great just perfect for organising our garage space. Easy to put up and strong. Quick delivery, although the delivery person needs to be a bit more careful as both times delivered the shelves were a little damaged and did get dropped.

1 STAR — The worst service I’ve ever experienced

Honestly, this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a company.

I purchased a fridge from this catering company and unfortunately there has been a problem with it. I contacted them because of the issue and simply wanted a refund, but the customer service I received has been absolutely appalling.

Nobody got back to me properly, nobody seemed interested in resolving the situation, and I was left chasing for a response. When you spend your hard-earned money on commercial equipment for your business, the very least you expect is decent customer service and someone willing to deal with a genuine problem.

I’ve never experienced such a lack of communication and after-sales support from a company. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially when the equipment is something you rely on for your business.

I’m extremely disappointed with the whole experience and, based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The worst customer service I’ve ever received. I certainly won’t be purchasing from them again.

This is worst ever experience with…

This is worst ever experience with Adexa. I bought deep fryer which was faulty when received. Unfortunately there's no customer service. Just keep exchanging email and waisting of time. Never recommend this shite service to anyone.
