I'm retired
I'm retired, but occasionally i do what i want, doing job at Edinburgh festival, came home ordered think about 01:20 hours, thought to myself, not getting today, but tomorrow, well no i had to wait till following Monday, when i ordered early Tuesday morning,!
So much for next day delivery ( and yes it did cost me money) BUT LESSON LEARNED!

I fail for the life of me to understand why companies need to do this for a bog standard service.
It's not as if the delivery guys,unwrapped my product, installed it and taken away the old product?

extremely poor customer service
extremely poor customer service I have received in relation to my recent order.
I placed the order with you on Tuesday. The item was confirmed for next-day delivery. Despite this, delivery attempts by DHL on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday all failed. I have contacted Nisbets on three separate occasions and on each occasion was simply told that the matter was “being dealt with.”
Today, Friday 4 September, I was advised that my contact number would be passed to DHL and that I would receive a call when delivery was attempted (now expected around 6 pm). However, I have since been informed by DHL that the order will not be delivered until Tuesday – a full week after the order was placed.
This is completely unacceptable. Next-day delivery was clearly offered and expected, yet the item remains undelivered after multiple failed attempts and repeated reassurances from your team that the issue was being resolved.

Will send you Junk mail for the rest of your life
ordered once, somehow got added to their mailing list. They proceed to send out brochures EVERY WEEK that absolutely no one will read. Clearly they don't have an environmental policy in place because they are wasting resources sending out endless junk letters.
