Delivery to the wrong address

Delivery to the wrong address. Emails ignored. Telephone conversation before goods were shipped still failed to correct the error

Hopeless communication

The goods were delivered to the wrong address. Upon receipt of the order acknowledgment, I emailed to advise of that the billing address and the delivery address had been transposed. No reply was received. The next morning I telephoned and spoke to an advisor who confirmed my order had not yet been shipped and that she would see that the error was rectified. It wasn't. After the goods were delivered to the wrong address I emailed again, to complain. No reply to that or my original email has been received.

Carphone Warehouse was "closed"…

Carphone Warehouse was "closed" although the Loughborough Currys store in which it operates, was open with plenty of sales assistants looking for something to do. Not one of them could hand over the phone I'd bought online. Check whether Carphone Warehouse is actually open before wasting your time on a pointless journey, or go somewhere else.

Side elasticated mens jeans were…

Side elasticated mens jeans were labelled 42 waist but were in fact a much smaller size- perhaps 38.

I am very sorry to hear that the jeans you ordered were unsuitable due to their size and apologise for the disappointment this has caused. I have passed this on to our Buying Team for their consideration.

I have today sent out a replacement in the correct size is sent to you on express delivery. This is a priority service meaning the order will be with you in the next 2 working days.

Please would you be able to return the faulty item for inspection using one of the pre paid labels found on the order, I have ensured you won’t be charged for this return.

Avoid.

Was told they had the item in stock but then there was an error in their stocking system and the item would be delayed for a week. Then there was another mistake by their supplier and the item would be delayed by another week. When it still had not been shipped after nearly 3 weeks I cancelled. They gave me a refund the next day.
