Decent cases, time will tell if they are worth the money.

I ordered a suitcase online as I had to dispose of my old one. The order was placed but it started looking like it might not arrive in time. I reached out to customer service who were amazing. They tracked my order, contacted the team to ensure they were doing everything they could for it to reach me on time, and then reached out to me every step of the way to give me updates. V quick delivery and top quality suitcase. I wanted something mid-size with flexible sides for short breaks when a carry on would not be enough. Lovely case, well made and wheels are v quiet and smooth. V lightweight and still sturdy. But a top tip, do not buy the pale beige / cream if your suitcase is going to be thrown on airport luggage carousels…you don’t realise how dirty they are until you have a pale coloured bag!

Easy to order and quick delivery

First time buying from Antler and the customer care team provided an excellent service. On placing my order I realised that I’d ordered the bag in the wrong colour. Immediately contacted the team by email and WhatsApp asking if this could be changed. Had a very quick response from more than one staff member and within a couple of hours the order had been amended. Many thanks to the team and particularly to Maria who sent an email to confirm. Would not hesitate to buy again from Antler.

I was a little concerned not to get an order acknowledgement email, but needn't have worried as I received a dispatch notification and tracking details soon afterwards.

I was very disappointed with my suitcase. After just one holiday, it came back from the flight badly dented, which I did not expect from a new case. In addition to the dent, it was covered in numerous scuff marks, making it look old and worn after only one trip.

I understand that luggage is handled roughly during air travel, but I expected my suitcase to be more durable. I am extremely unhappy with the damage it sustained on its very first use and would appreciate your response regarding this matter.

Super lightweight cabin suitcase. Really pleased with the quality of the product. Excellent delivery service. Very swift. Would highly recommend.

Really good service and the case arrived quickly. However bought the taupe colour which is beautiful and looks really chic, but only used the case once on a trip and it has scratched badly and the colour has come off in places. It now looks awful and I would say has ruined the case. Very disappointing for the price. Would expect much better quality. Really disappointed 😞

Bought one of these for myself and one for my son.
Very happy well made and will last for years. Delivery was very fast. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this company again.
