This is the first time we’ve used Not Just Travel and Simon was very helpful.
He arranged everything for us, starting with checking into the private lounge area at the airport, where we could relax & enjoy lovey food and a glass of bubbles to start our holiday feeling!
He found the perfect authentic Italian hotel right in the centre of Florence as requested. Where Simon really excelled was helping to locate & retrieve all our luggage which had been lost by the airline, therefore ensuring our holiday wasn’t ruined.
We can’t thank Simon enough for helping us plan our wonderful trip to Florence, & will certainly be using him again for future holidays.
