Highly recommended
First order from ‘amascotados.es’ and everything has been perfect. The product is impeccable, well protected in perfect packaging. I didn't need to contact customer service so I don't know how they work.
On this occasion the shipment was with MRW and the guy made a very correct delivery at the door.
The logistics is the part that usually spoils the effort of e-commerce, but on this occasion it has only served to improve the experience.

I have dealt with Amascotados for a few years, i cannot speak highly enough, There service is the very best, There is no problem they do not resolve quickly and positively. Refunds and Returns without a problem ,communication by EMail to keep you fully informed and an added bonus in my case all in perfect English.
