100% scam with price.
Unjustified price changes upon login and false support claims.
Last sale - You receive an email about a sale, and yes, the price is around €35 for the food.
You add it to your cart, proceed to checkout, and are asked to log in.
After that, the price increases by €10 ~ 45 euro.
And this isn't the first time!
When you try to contact the website's support team (which doesn't answer the phone number listed on the website) via email, they ask you to select a product and send you a special link, but then they reply that the product is out of stock. However, the product is still available on the website and does not have an “out of stock” status.
Deception with prices for regular customers and, as a result, customers switching to other stores!

Quality food for puppy's at a good price.

Excellent service

On 18th Jan I bought a pack of dog food from them for 47€, a price that reflects my expectation of high quality.

However, I was greatly disappointed to discover that the food appeared to be stale, it smelled stale and it presented discoloration from the usual dark brown color to a much lighter brown with yellow tones.

This issue has resulted in my dog refusing to eat for the past three days completely and, even when hand-fed which is distressing both for me as a pet owner and for my dog's health and well-being. As a result, I had to purchase dog food from another shop.

I emailed the support team twice and got no response. I messaged them on Whatsapp and also no reply. Their service is next to none.

same bad experience as the other buyers. They use MRW and it has been 5 days that my order still not delivered. Even their support Email address is not exsist........

Good and bad. After placing an order, I wrote to them and asked where my free gifts were (e-mail offer). I was told that they probably were in the package even though I could not see it online. After receiving the package, without gifts, I was told that the offer had expired 🤨
Unfortunately they use MRW to deliver, who wrote that I was not home, even though I were (not first time this has happened with MRW). Superpet.club was helpful in contacting MRW, who told me it would be delivered next day before 3 afternoon. Even though I texted with them on WhatsApp, during the day, the did not tell me it would be later, and I had no link to follow my package. I got it a little before 7 in the evening - after spending 1,5 day waiting, not being able to walk my dog 🫤
To be fair, my Spanish no. did not work, but I wrote that I have WhatsApp on my EU no (same cost), so it should not be that hard…
So 4 stars are for Superpet.club, but in the future I will probably buy from a store that uses Seur to deliver.
