Terrible customer service. As you can't complain about anything to the driver, it's better not to use this service and go for a traditional taxi, with someone who can solve your doubts and complaints.
In any case, abusive fares, always in ‘high demand’ and if they can with a ‘waiting charge’. Not recommended at all.

It all looks like a hoax, and they do nothing to indicate otherwise.

No after sales support. The Loona robot stop working, It didn't last a month. I got it on the kickstarter campaign and after the initial failure everything was feeling helpless and finding support delays with worthless mails.
Not reliable at all, not the technology nor the support.
I don't really understand about all the prizes they claim to have received for the Loona robot, but better to avoid spending your money here.

Customer service (if any) does not seem to be responsive, or is saturated... in any case, helpless customer.
Perhaps it is financial difficulties or business schedules that are impossible to meet in a timely manner. If you communicate everything, it can be understood and solutions can be found; silence removes confidence in the company, that's for sure.

First order from ‘amascotados.es’ and everything has been perfect. The product is impeccable, well protected in perfect packaging. I didn't need to contact customer service so I don't know how they work.
On this occasion the shipment was with MRW and the guy made a very correct delivery at the door.
The logistics is the part that usually spoils the effort of e-commerce, but on this occasion it has only served to improve the experience.

Being a false claim little confidence remains that they do their job properly. I would think that a company like DHL would be formal but if they start falsifying the data we are going bad.
No customer service to complain or try to make amends. In the end it all points to the same thing, lousy service from a lousy company. A pity.
It's easy to see that they accumulate complaints, so I don't think they are very interested in improving.

Terrible shopping experience. Typical of poor companies, if you don't have any problems everything is great, but if something happens to you get ready to suffer because the customer service is null, they don't solve it - it's as simple as that. It's a shame that seeing the amount of negative reviews they don't want to put a stop to it and change the way they are going.

Order billed on April 23th, extended warranty activated on May 2nd and the items were not delivered. Disappointing that a company such as HP has a poor customer service like this one. A shame!
